That new spicy chicken is fire tongue on fire jaw on fire gums on fire not even a gallon of water can put that fire out but the season was so good and tasty I kept eating because even though it was fire it was so delicious all at the same fiery time lol

Worst people ever completely disrespectful and rude!!

The chicken tastes like CHICKEN and the fries tastes like potatoes. My daughter no longer wants to eat her former favorite fast food joint anymore. The food always comes out hot and tastes freshly prepared not left over from the night before. We've been addicted ever since our 1st tastes. We love coming here to eat!

I don't like to write bad reviews but because it has happened twice now I have to. One time I ordered 6 wings, I went home and realized that they gave me only 5. Last night I placed two orders. 4 tenders meal and 3 tenders meal. Not only I got charged 49 cents for an extra toast that I never asked for, I went to work I realized that both boxes had 3 tenders each, one is missing. I'm not pleased. I always trust that my order is correct but I got proved wrong twice. The food is good but don't give less than what was ordered.

Went through drive thru on my lunch break, they guy working drive thru seem to be a little off I ordered a 6piece wing meal (not realizing until I got back to work that he rung me up for an 8piece which was not needed because I didn’t want to be stuck with left overs) as I drove around to the window I was than asked what was my dipping sauce again and what was my drink again as if he did not understand at the ordering board. After he gave me my food I realized he had not gave me my drink so I sat there waiting, he comes back to the window asking if I needed something so I told him he had not gave me my drink he than asked again what was my drink smh. I have not been here in a while and had debated about going and honestly hate that I went because the service was absolutely ridiculous and has me to the point I would never waste my money with them again!

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon. Ordered with Nicole D. I ordered a salad with 2 Italian dressings. Food came with a ranch and an Italian dressing. Nicole was the one who brought my order to me. I calmly said I don't need a ranch I need another Italian. She stated I only could have 1. I said can I buy one cause I need 2. She told me no and walked away. Many of the workers that are at that location always give me 2. The staff needs to be trained. FYI never go to late at night, you will promptly get rushed to eat. Avoid this location. I live in Tulsa but will gladly start driving out to the BA location.
