I don't like to write bad reviews but because it has happened twice now I have to. One time I ordered 6 wings, I went home and realized that they gave me only 5. Last night I placed two orders. 4 tenders meal and 3 tenders meal. Not only I got charged 49 cents for an extra toast that I never asked for, I went to work I realized that both boxes had 3 tenders each, one is missing. I'm not pleased. I always trust that my order is correct but I got proved wrong twice. The...

For fast food, this place does it right! We’ve dined in twice and each time the service was excellent, food came out quickly (and hot!). The employees greeted us when we came in, were super friendly, checked on us, came to help us with our trash, told us bye and thank you as we left.. basic customer service skills that so many lack. It’s much appreciated!

My husband and I lately relocated here in Broken Arrow, OK… today we visited Slim Chicken for the first time. We were blown away with the food, staff and cleanliness of the restaurant. Keep up the great work, now, this is my favorite place to be on Sundays!
