Smoke was my absolute favorite restaurant in Tulsa since 2011, till tonight. The changes in the menu have not been good. The bacon jam used to be phenomenal is now just ok. The filet didn’t even resemble a filet and was sooooo salty I didn’t even want to eat it. The Brussel sprouts were still very good but they are no longer a side but an appetizer or a salad. Not sure why they are changing the menu so drastically. They did have 1 more serving of pork rinds to go with the bacon jam that was provided when we requested it. Definitely need to bring that back. Didn’t want to leave a review but was so very disappointed. Will probably not go back for a very long time.

We tried to go for lunch after seeing the pictures and popular items listed on Google for our anniversary but they only serve brunch for lunch and it felt a little like fancy bar food to me so we left. It would be nice if their lunch menu had the same feel as their dinner menu. And popular items like the bacon jam or pork belly should be on all menus.
Thank you for your reply. We absolutely stayed for 10 minutes looking over the menu and when we asked about those popular items we were told they were only for the evening. The brunch menu just was very basic and I wish we would have known as we had limited time.
Everything was great here!

Can’t beat their happy hour price. We ordred the smoke wings. And smoke salmon spread. Generous portion. Delicious. Main course we ordered the pork chop to share. Fantastic 🤌🏼⭐️

SMOKE, a steakhouse with a woodfire grill that adds a distinct flavor to almost everything on the menu, comes with a lot of pageantry. It was voted the "best new restaurant" in Tulsa, Oklahoma, in 2011 and voted "best overall restaurant" in the city in 2012 and 2013. Located at 1542 East 15th Street, on South Cherry Street, it is open from 11 to 9 Monday through Thursday, 11 to 10 on Friday, 10 to 10 on Saturday and 10 to 9 on Sunday. I started with a half-pound of peel and eat Gulf shrimp with Creole dust, remoulade, cocktail sauce and lemon, a bowl of fire-roasted tomato bisque with smoked blue cheese, crackers and chives and a Smoke Caesar Salad with Romaine lettuce, heirloom tomatoes, shaved onion, breadcrumbs, parmesan and house Caesar dressing. For my entree, I chose a 12-ounce New York strip steak with house-made steak sauce, fire grilled and basted with fresh rosemary and beef tallow. With sides of loaded mashed potatoes with house bacon, scallions, cheddar cheese and sour cream and garlic green beans. For dessert, I couldn't resist a large slice of key lime pie with raspberry coulis, whipped cream and sprinkled with lime sugar on a graham cracker crust.
It was so delicious. Great service

This is usually a spot I like to visit when I am in town for business, but my last visit fell way short of my normal experience. The oysters were rubbery and foul in flavor. It turned me off to staying for dinner. My drinks, as usual, were amazing.
I would like to add, that there never seems to be a hostess to check in for my reservation, so I go sit at the bar. And when I finally see a hostess and inform them I decided to sit at the bar, she gets an attitude.
