We came for the Veterans free drink. And were grateful for their kind offer. We had our minds made up for 1 kind, but they only offered, vanilla, strawberry 🍓 or chocolate. I wanted to try the banana, strawberry, papaya, and had another ingredient popular to their restaurant 😋

Came in for veterans day to receive free smoothie, as usual great product from Smoothie King, however the customer service was incredibly lacking. The two workers at the 41st and Yale location were very disappointed I was even there to take advantage of the deal and then proceeded to make 5 other smoothies who ordered after me in line before giving me my veterans day smoothie. I enjoy coming by when I'm in town, but honestly glad I don't come by more.

The Owasso location is typically our go to store, however on occasions we do visit the 41st location. The speed of service, customer service and smoothie bowl is always such a disappointment. Many times they are out of fruit and/or put the wrong fruit on our bowl and the serving size for the price is outrageous. In addition, the staff members are less than friendly. There is no comparison to the Owasso location in all aspects! I truly hope this store improves. After our last visit, we have decided we won’t visit this particular location again.

Poor customer service, I walked in and the employee who’s making the smoothies just rolled his eyes at me. No hello how are you!! Then the lady( Rebecca) who came to the registrar with no helpful greeting, just spoke lowly and wasn’t friendly at all.

They screwed up on my order had to drive 15 minutes back to go get it, he gets mad cus their new girl messes up and then throws my food together, its all salad and tortilla. It's cold and shorts me a whole burrito and chips. The manager us rude. I weny un at 12pm today so whoever that unprofessional man is didnt care or cimoensate me fir driving back just to short me food and hand me worse. Wont be back.
