Every time we eat here we get sick and a very long wait. Thought I would give it a second chance but same thing happened. Will never go again.

Went here for breakfast today. Completed my order around 7:09am and didn’t get my order till 7:22am. All I got was a breakfast burrito combo and cinnasnacks. Pressed the button again around 7:17 to ask how much longer and the morning carhop stated in a rude tone “Im the ONLY one here right now PLEASE BE PATIENT” then hung up before I could even respond. Was even rude when they provided me my order and didn’t give a receipt. I wouldn’t have had an issue with her if she wasn’t rude and condescending.

No ice cream. Had ordered on the app, but they sent me to another location for my shake. My biggest problem with that is they did not call the other store to let them know.

Was really disappointed in my service. Didn't want to stop at my usual spot so I pulled in there. It took them over five minutes to come tell me they didn't have the size I ordered and then they didn't even make me the right drinks. The server didn't seem concerned when i told them they was wrong. Definitely won't be going back there...

I will not be returning to this store at all. Customer service is not important to them. This makes the SECOND time something has happened to me in this manner. I pulled in and pressed the button at 10:45 P.M. and waited patiently for them to answer. The car hop was mopping (she was on the headset) and she continued to do so all the way up until the time she had to deliver the order to the person that pulled in seconds before me. As she walks back inside from delivering the order, she answers my page and says "sir, this location closes at 11:00 P.M." Sad that they couldn't ask what I wanted first because I was only there to get a SODA.
