This is the third time we've ordered through the app only to be sitting here for 20 minutes for two drinks while other people who come in later than us get these huge orders first. It's just insane to be sitting in the parking lot waiting for two large drinks that take 30 seconds to make for 20 minutes. The whole point of ordering early through the app is we get here and it should be ready, no problem. You know 5 minutes, 10 minutes those are acceptable times but when we get to 15-20 minutes it becomes a consistent problem.

Placed an order via a 3rd party who delivers the wrong thing. When I ordered a second time I CALLED. I received kind service on the call with an assurance the delivery would be correct. It was. Success!

My mom has enjoyed Sonic over the years. We came to take advantage of a promotion a couple months ago. We don’t normally leave reviews, but my mom shudders every time she sees a Sonic commercial now. The day we came the service was extremely slow. The girl who took our order messed up our order and left off something on our order. She and the manager were rude to us when we tried to correct the order. They had us waiting at the window while they kept running stuff out the door to people waiting in line behind us instead of having us pull forward and serving other customers like most places do. Most people only got drinks, and now we know why. The food was inedible, but my mom tried forcing some of it down anyway. The burger was burnt to a crisp, the hot dog was bloody and open, and the fries were a burnt, greasy mess. Sonic can have decently good food, but don’t waste your time or money coming here. You could definitely tell that a lot of the issues were a management issue from the top-down.

I’ve came here twice and both experiences the workers have made me very uncomfortable. I was trying to ask if I could do Apple Pay and the girl told me no, to download the app and pay through there which I tried to do but the app wouldn’t work. So I asked if they could just enter my card information (which they let me do at the other sonic no problem) and she said no because it may not be my card. I offered to show her my ID and a picture of my card where my name matches and she still refused. I asked to speak with the manager thinking maybe she would understand and help a customer out, and she goes “hi I’m the manager how may I help you” with the most smug face and rude tone. She knew what I was needing help with but decided to be a straight up jerk. This time today when I went, I had received my food and said very politely “I’m just going to check the bag real quick” which I always do because of passed experiences from going home and things missing. After I said that, she said “okay” but with a very nasty expression on her face. I work in the serving industry so it is very sad to see people lack the capability to be polite in basic conversations. Somebody seriously needs to have a talk with these people about how they treat there customers.

They forgot my sauces. My corn dog was burnt, and the dog tasted old. Also, the girl at the drive-thru was freaking rude and kept asking what else was else with a dam attitude and no customer service.

I mean, it's Sonic. The "new style" fries are good, the burgers are bland, and they don't have Frito Chili Pie anymore...that was one of their staples, that and fried pickles, but not anymore. However, that doesn't mean all the food isn't good or gone from the menu.Like I said, the new fries are good, crunchy and tasty. The coney is good, when it's cooked all the way, the tots are great, most of the time. They've gone from a great fast food place to a, "they've got some good food" place. They do have great staff at all their locations though, and, if you don't waste your time going through the dumba__ drive thru, you can meet them.
