Yes first mistake ordering Uber Eats. But I’m home with the flu and saw a commercial for the pretzel smash burger. Uber driver was very tentative and was waiting for my order shortly but time was pushed back almost 10 minutes because of sonic then when I receive my order it’s not a pretzel burger and can barely claim to be a smash burger. Onion rings were cold and way over cooked almost not edible. Come on Sonic do better. Pretzel Bacon Smash burger should at very least be on a pretzel bun. I like crispy onion rings but not old, crispy, and burnt.

I waited for 15 minutes after someone acknowledged my presence before I finally left. They took 2 other orders from people that arrived after me. Never was able to even order before I decided to leave.

Didn't have the long wait that everyone else has mentioned. That might be because I went earlier in the day. Probably had my food within 10 mins. Service was fine. Food was okay. It's not great.

I'd go back if I absolutely needed something from there

Rochelle at 9:00pm on Monday night taking orders though the headset is extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers properly. I am hard of hearing and I repeated my order because it wasn’t coming up on the screen and she raised her voice at me and said “YEAH I KNOW, I already said that.” I understand customer service is a hard job and everyone has bad days but the amount of rudeness is ridiculous and shouldn’t be tolerated.

I'm a doordasher and I have been sitting at this sonic drive through for forty minutes , waiting for the order of someone else's. Everybody keeps giving me a weird look here and because of that it had made me not get any money. I hope the people in this restaurant can understand and respect other people.No matter what they look like , or what they have on. This place is terrible with customer service.

What I ordered is not what I got and was told that they were out of almost everything that I asked for like marinara sauce and relish. Shitty customer service!!

Ordered 4 drinks on the app. Waited 20 minutes until I called the store. 3 cars pulled in during our wait, pressed the button on the stalls to order and no one answered so they drove away. When I called the store they said they’d be out and when the gentlemen came out he explained one person was doing inventory and the other didn’t know that… so no one was paying attention to orders. Simple communication could’ve prevented a 25 minute wait and at least 3 cars leaving… we only stopped because we were ultra thirsty. The worst part is, It was worth the wait too because the sonic drinks hit different yall…not cool bro. Not cool.

How many negative reviews and complaints does it take for a manager or corporate to do something about this location ??????!!!!!!!! (21st memorial). Also it is 12pm and nobody is here!!! Parking lot full of cars waiting on mobile orders and no one is in the building. This is for real my last time coming here. Not even for a drink. We have been begging you guys to do something about this location.

Waited for over an hour for my order. After an hour and ten minutes I gave up and asked for a refund. And come to find out my food was never even made. If I hadn't payed with a card I would've left long before that. And it still took exceptionally long to get refunded 12 dollars. I've had issues with this particular location multiple times. I won't be coming back to this one again.

I never leave a review however, on multiple occasions we as a company have ordered food from here and it’s been a nightmare ordering for just 3 people. Several times drinks have been just soda water and no syrup and food has come out cold AND incorrect. For anyone reading this PLEASE go to the one on 41st and save yourself the money and displeasure of the 21st and memorial location.

Honestly I don't know how this sonic is still running the food always comes out a wreck, the ice creams always a mess let alone the staff, their slow and I've seen so many of them behind the store on the phone with no food coming out for 20-30 minutes I can forgive once or twice where the ice creams a mess but every single time I eat from there is hard to forget.

Ordered a sonic blast, completely melted by the time I received it, the mixed in candy was all at the bottom, and something didnt taste right with it. Poor service currently.
