Literally the worst store in the Sonic System. I've never gone there when they haven't been out of something. Signature Limeade...out. Hamburger buns...0ut. How does a burger joint not have buns? The workers try hard but face a management that is hapless.

They dont have half of the spots available and the half that is available only half of those spots work. So tou get to drive around the restaurant playing musical chairs because they dont mark the spots that dont work until youve already pulled in. The storm was a year ago and they never fixed it. My guess someone pocketed the insurance money to fix the place

I always order through the app and my food is always ready when I get there and they bring it out to me pretty fast every time. When I first went there, I thought it was closed. A bunch of the stalls don't have screens in them and a lot of the screens they do have don't work.

There is a carhop named Nick and he is always very customer friendly, he is a breath of fresh air..... Of all the carhops that I've had serve me at this location he is by far "THE BEST"!WAY TO GO NICK !!!!! ? KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND HOLD ON TO THAT BRIGHT SPIRIT OF YOURS!!!!!! ?

Sonic store has been charging me for meals on Friday February 10th 2024 starting at 5:30pm. They successfully charged 4 meals. And since I turned off sonics ability to continue to charge me to no avail. I called the manager and she casually said oh yeah. We've been getting calls from other people about the same thing. Well if you have been contacted by others. Shouldn't you have taken action? I have been to sonic since December of last year. Your store is a joke. With homeless people hanging out around the store. I have contacted my bank. And I will get my $50 back. BEWARE OF SONIC! THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD FOR FOOD YOU DIDN'T ORDER. SONIC WILL NOT TAKE ACTION. STALLS WHERE YOU ORDER DONT WORK. VERY TRASHY STORE. SHAME ON YOU SONIC!

Ordered a beverage on the app, and checked in when I arrived. We were the only car. App and order screen indicated order was in process. One additional car showed up, followed by a second car. Order screen stated {employee name} was on his way. No one came out. A few minutes later, an employee came out to deliver to the car that arrived after us, then returned to the building. A few more minutes went by and we pressed the order button. Explained the situation and was told the order would be right out. Sure enough, here it comes. Employee said they didn't realize we were already here (even though we entered our information upon arrival, and were the only car there at the time).

I had a not too friendly carhop on my last visit, but most of them are as friendly as can be they are mostly younger adults, and it may be their first job I try to take it easy on them and give them a tip. It is a hard job.Dietary restrictions: If you have dietary restrictions, this may but be the place for you. It is hard as hell to park I in the stalls especially if you have a full size truck. And they do not have wheelchair accessibility but you don't have to get out of your vehicle so I think that's all they get away with it..Parking: Like I said parking is tricky and watch when you're pulling there not to hit the signs and watching you back out not to hit other cars there is a hella blind spot backing out.Wheelchair accessibility: Like I said they don't have wheelchair accessibility because you don't go inside and you order from your car
