So I am a regular.I work down the street.I go there to get lunch and maybe a sonic blast In the past 2 days I've had nothing but horrible service.I ordered a sonic blast and they had eminems in it and it was melted.I waited for the longest time and the Manager, and whoever else was working with her had an attitude and told me to never come my back because I want an extra races and she called me a troublemaker.and told me I wasn't getting charged for extra
And the past week I had Big chunks and my shake. That wasn't even a shake. My daughter ordered something and they didn't get it and I told them to put it on my ticket they told me no I have 1 person that I can count on to make the shake and they call me her friend so she does her job right I don't know her but I see her when she is working because she does her job right.

The Lady working the drive thru this morning was rude & acted like she couldn’t hear me and when I asked about the Red Bull drinks she didn’t know what I was talking about. Lost a customer because I drove off. I don’t see how you can work for a restaurant and don’t know what’s on the menu 🙃

If someone works at a cost efficient drive up then I want them to be able to give their opinions. I'll ask for THEIR faves sometimes and I can't stand the places who won't give it to me. If I'm asking for your SURPRISE it means I'm wanting to try something new, I will be less mad if you have me your opinion amber it was bad than I'd be if you made ME pick something bad haha, my lady told me he favorite shake and I had it gone before she could even let me know they were out of her kind!!! Even though it was not the one she recommended.... it was delicious! We need more people working in fast food like her!!!

I work right by this location and for some reason I sit in line for about 30-45 minutes. One instance I place a mobile order, I was at the stale for 45 minutes, I had enough and went to the drive through to just get the food that I paid for, and the same man that I see all the time here brings it out with an attitude. I figured they are having a bad day which I get, I’m here at this location now I have order mozzarella sticks, been in this line for a good 20 minutes, yall need to hire more people or something because this is beyond crazy, and the main man that takes care of the window between the times of 11-5 he needs to have some customers service evaluation.. I have worked in customer service for years and his attitude is the same every time I visit this location. Please do better

Came to the stall to order at 9:20 pushed button. Finally told its drive through only after waiting 8 minutes. Went to drive through. We were the only car in line. Ordered just at 9:30 & Finally got food through the window at 9:45. Tots were way to done. Burger was wrong and it's like they put 3 times the mayo on it. Guy at window with bears kept scratching his bears while handling food. I was very concerned about this. He said 3 total words.no hello...no thank you... nothing. How do you stay open like this. Please do better. Sonic has gone way down hill.
