The people here work hard, but fast-food is fast-food, and one doesn't buy fast-food as much as one rents it. As far as atmosphere goes, eating in my car is both convenient and at the same time not as nice as eating at a table, but that isn't the restaurant's fault as much as it's the restaurant's model that's at fault and that's the owner(s)'s fault.Wheelchair accessibility: If you park in the one ♿️ parking spot near the entrance, there's a small ramp for those in wheelchairs to eat at the outside tables, which isn't a bad little setup if the weather's right and there's not many vehicles in the parking lot. If there are many vehicles in the parking lot, I feel like I should have to pay extra to dine with carbonmonoxide as an ingredient to the meal. Again, it's the restaurant's model at fault on how if the parking lot has a certain amount of vehicles in it, anyone trying to eat at the outside tables gets a dose of carbonmonoxide thanks to the exhaust from each engine. Alternatively, if the parking lot is full of 100% electric vehicles, eating at the outside tables can be really nice depending on the weather.

Sonic franchise is so horrendous in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This location along with the one on 71st St needs to be inspected by the heath department. I try to give them the benefit of doubt and every time I get punched in the stomach. I mean literally cause I’m either throwing up or having diarrhea. It’s always a hit or a miss on the temperature of the food. You will catch salmonella, E. coli and/or food poisoning. Then I find things like hair and fingernails in my food or in the containers. When I call to talk to a manger it’s we wear hair nets and gloves. My hair isn’t blonde or brunette soo it’s definitely not mine. Then they refuse to give me a refund but want to remake the food. Why in the H-E double hockey sticks would I ever want a replacement, I’m already traumatized from my original order. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Overall, I would avoid this one. I was presented with a special of $1 grilled cheeses and they basically thought I should be in a psych ward. LmaoI had to pull teeth to get them to honor it, and it was pretty fitting considering I was, and not even exaggerating, the only car in the parking lot. The car hop had come outside and tried to take my phone to go inside and show the manager. They also made sure to take their time making my order, since I sat there for about 20 minutes waiting on a $20.00 order. Note to self, if the parking lot is empty, there’s a reason. Hop across the street to the Wendy’s across the street, you’ll be happy you did.

Only 1 star bc it forces me to give something to write a review. HORRIBLE!!!! Waited over 10 minutes at the speaker to even try to order. When I realized they weren’t ever going to take my order, I tried pulling around to the window to order thinking maybe their speaker may have been broken.The same car at the window from when I pulled in was still at the window waiting on food. I then waited another 15 min before finally giving up and leaving. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Will not be coming here again. Hope management steps in and does something about this. No one should have to wait that long to try to order. At least let your customers know what is going on if there is an issue where you can’t perform your job for any reason. TERRIBLE customer service!!!

Missing items in my order, not to mention I had to ask for a drink I paid for, and once i got it, it was half full, the coney was upside down in the bag, sonic has went down hill not ordering for them again, car hop acted like I was a pain when I left her a decent

ordered burger wirh mustard 1st one had mayo. 2nd had ketchup and cheese.. 3rd one DIDNT HAVE MUSTARD.... I didnt focus on the mistake. But the customer service was impeccable. LIFE HAPPENS PEOPLE GET BUSY... THE CAR HOP APOLOGIZED AND I TOOK A PACKET OF MUSTARD.. COOK WAS LIKE.. IONGAFU AINT GETT MUSTARD.. LOL!!!

Went last night around 930 pm. Order came to $15.69 I went through the drive-thru. Handed the man working the register a $20. He handed me back 0.31 and then in front of me took my $4 and put it in his pocket. When I asked where the rest of my change was. He kinda laughed and said " I accidentally put it in my pocket " the girl working with him said " oh finally busted " so apparently he does this often. This expecting a tip is outta hand. Especially at a drive thru. If I want to tip thats one thing. But damn at least ask if I want my change. ***short black hair , had 2 red fingernails and rest painted black you should know your employees are stealing from customers and that's stealing period

Bought a small shake and three small Sonic Blasts. When we received it the ice cream looked melted. Thought they just mixed it too long. Started to eat it and noticed the ice cream had a funky taste. It was bad. Took it back for a refund. Manager was rude, super annoyed, and looked like she was either shaking in a silent rage, or on some kind of drugs. She rudely told me, with her head shaking, that it would take 24 to 48 hours for it to be refunded. Refused to take the ice cream back so I had to throw it in the garbage can. Her attitude was totally unacceptable and not warranted. She either needs to be terminated or given classes on the correct way to be a manager and deal with customers.**Not the first time we've gotten bad ice cream from this place.

Usually a good experienceWent by at 7:43am on 9/24/23 and nobody was working the drive through. Drove up to the window and nobody was inside. Lights were on. I gave up and went down the road.

I swear I hesitated going here because of a previous visit that failed. And I really should've stuck with something different. Tater tots were undercooked, and the footlong looked freeze burnt. The chili looked, smelled, and tasted weird. I now feel the only reason for me to go back over here. To this sonic is just for a drink, and that'll be pushing it.
