It's just another sonic, but I came through with three separate orders, and they were all accurate and quick.

Customer service cut me off when I was placing my order at the carhop space. YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
It took them 15-20 minutes to come out to our car and the only thing they brought was a tray of shakes and ours were made wrong.
The employee went back into Sonic and we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to leave. Why did it take 20 minutes for an employee to ONLY come out with 4-6 made shakes (I only ordered 2) for the parking lot customers? Where’s the bags of food? Does it really take 30 minutes for 2 medium combos? I’ve DEFINITELY experienced better customer service at competing companies for half the time and price.

Have came through this location several times and have been told they are not taking any orders at this time. Some of the times the parking lot only had one or two other cars. We use the mobile app to order drink and had to wait over 45 minutes several times. Have not been able to refund our order or cancel it because the employee completes the order like it was delivered but was not brought out. Some of the times we have waited the drinks were wrong or carbonation is off. Have given this location several trys and has failed to be satisfactory in the slightest bit. Always been told the same thing that they only have one person working even when we can see multiple employees. Management seems to be at fault have seen good employees walk off due to managements incompetence. Do not recommend going to 81st street location in tulsa hills.

TRY ANOTHER SONIC. They take A LONG TIME to take your order, and even longer to get your food to you. I got a coupon for a free combo because they took 30 minutes to get my order to me, and when I came back to cash it, they took another 30 minutes on that order as well. Never coming back.

Worst service. I did a mobile order and they forgot my ketchup so I thought I would just knock on the door instead of being rude and honking my horn. 4 people inside and I knocked many times loud enough to be heard. And no one came to help me. So I guess I will be easy a dry hot dog. And yes I know I could've had them put it on I just prefer to do it mysel. Should've known not to come to this location.

Pretty disappointed in the quality of the service here anytime I go. I have to check in on my food order at least twice. I’ve had the incorrect order. It feels like the drive-through never works- Nobody responds and I’m left waiting until I go to drive up or somewhere else.

They refuse bathroom access to paying customers.

Don’t waste your time here. Since I’ve moved into the area I’ve been here 4 times and all 4 were slow service or no service. Traffic is terrible there and they either don’t have a grill or just now I’m told they aren’t taking any orders at the moment. Its320 pm on a Saturday. Sonic needs to investigate this sorry location.
Frankly if i could give this specific Sonic zero stars i would. Went to the stall tried to order they disconnected. Decided to try the drive through. They told us it was closed at 3:15pm as we were leaving they took the next persons order. We didn't do anything and it's ridiculous. We simply asked if they still were doing floats. That was it. This location is one we've had constantly issues with. Highly don't recommend unless you want to deal with rude associates.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Sat at drive thru speaker for like 10 minutes, then they told us to put forward to the windows and the lady had a disgusting look on her face. And then we even gave her the simples order and still couldn't enter it in correctly. We ended up just leaving.

Sat at an order station and had to press the button 5 times for anyone to eventually answer (it just kept blinking and then shutting off). Certain patties were frozen at a peak dinner time, so that was disappointing that we couldn’t get those items… and then my terminal (a new one that I switched to) clearly didn’t have any working credit payment options). Seems this Sonic is falling apart…

I pulled up to order at a stall and was told to go to the drive-thru I waited almost 10 minutes and then got to the speaker and was told rudely told that they are not taking orders with no other explanation after they took orders for the people in front of me. I called to ask somebody about it and they will not answer the phone either.
