I could’ve went to OKC and back and my medium coke zero still wouldn’t have been ready. 30 minutes for a coke zero with nobody in line is insane. If you want to wait 30 mins for a drink and watch the employees go outside and sit on their phones than this is the place where your dreams come true.

I literally have been waiting in line for 35 mins and for what?! ICE! All I need is two route 44 cups of ice!! If they didn't have an ice making machine from God I would never ever come here.

We arrived at 1:00 ordered our food within 10 minutes the speaker did not work on the inside they couldn't hear us so they had to come out and take our order the girl taking our order did not get the order correct we have been sitting here for 45 minutes and we still have not got our food while we did get is burnt do not recommend this place

Not too busy of a place, ordered ahead threw the app( which I thought was supposed to be faster than just pulling up and ordering :-I ) and it took over 20 mins to get only a LG slush and a dbl cheeseburger. Of course that was after having to call the store and ask them wth. When I finally got my order, the meat was dry and overcooked and was sloppily thrown together. Was not thrilled with them.

Customer service cut me off when I was placing my order at the carhop space. YOU WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG.
It took them 15-20 minutes to come out to our car and the only thing they brought was a tray of shakes and ours were made wrong.
The employee went back into Sonic and we waited another 10 minutes before we decided to leave. Why did it take 20 minutes for an employee to ONLY come out with 4-6 made shakes (I only ordered 2) for the parking lot customers? Where’s the bags of food? Does it really take 30 minutes for 2 medium combos? I’ve DEFINITELY experienced better customer service at competing companies for half the time and price.

Have came through this location several times and have been told they are not taking any orders at this time. Some of the times the parking lot only had one or two other cars. We use the mobile app to order drink and had to wait over 45 minutes several times. Have not been able to refund our order or cancel it because the employee completes the order like it was delivered but was not brought out. Some of the times we have waited the drinks were wrong or carbonation is off. Have given this location several trys and has failed to be satisfactory in the slightest bit. Always been told the same thing that they only have one person working even when we can see multiple employees. Management seems to be at fault have seen good employees walk off due to managements incompetence. Do not recommend going to 81st street location in tulsa hills.

TRY ANOTHER SONIC. They take A LONG TIME to take your order, and even longer to get your food to you. I got a coupon for a free combo because they took 30 minutes to get my order to me, and when I came back to cash it, they took another 30 minutes on that order as well. Never coming back.
