Absolutely terrible. They got every single one of our drinks wrong, and we waited over 20 minutes (we only ordered five drinks). Not worth the money at all. They weren’t even that busy, because there weren’t cars waiting.

All I ordered was a single drink. There were only 3 cars ahead of me and even though they weren’t slammed, it still took over 20 minutes to take my order followed by another 15 minutes to get to the window when they simply could’ve just came out and grabbed my payment and given me my drink

Everytime I come, I have an obscenely long wait for absolutely no reason. Today, I waited 20 minutes for my MOBILE order. For extra context, this was 20 minutes AFTER the estimated pick up time. All I ordered was a medium tot and large drink. I don’t understand how it takes more that 20 minutes to put tots in a container and a drink in a cup. I don’t care how under staffed you are, this is ridiculous.

Everything is cool here. I just had to stand out in the cold for 25 min waiting for a door dash consisting of 4 drinks only??!!??!! Really. 4 med drinks=25 min??? I hope my dash customers appreciate it

Ordered ahead on the app and they still came over 15 minutes after the expected time ready that they said. We were only waiting for two drinks, no food. When they brought our drinks the employee did not say a single word to us or apologize for the delay. Finally got our drinks and the soda was flat. Used to love this Sonic, super disappointed!

We have been sitting for 20 minutes and still no food or drinks ! We ordered 2 drinks and a popcorn chicken. The girl delivering food has zero hustle to her ! Literally just roaming around the parking lot like she doesn’t know what to do. The management here is terrible and it shows ! I will not be coming back to Tulsa Hills for
Nothing !!

Got there and went to one of the menu screens to order. I pressed the button and waited…. Then waited. I waited for about 15-20 minutes to only for the screen to turn off on me. Decided try again because I wasn't in a rush and didn't need to be somewhere for a while. Once the button was push again I waited a couple minutes for someone to answer it. When a lady come on the speaker, before I could say anything she told me that she'll get to me in minute. Waited about 10-15 minutes then decided to press the button to see if I could order now.

A new voice come on the speaker and asked what I will be having, I barely in my order ( which was a med. burger combo with a soda) before she said “ hold up, give me one minute and ill take your order” as I basically finish saying it. Got upset about now and decided to see if the line, which was nonexistent, was any better.

Got up to menu and waited, while listening to the employees seemingly arguing, though I couldn't quite tell from either hearing them from the speaker or from their open drive-thru window. After 5 minutes I just left which apparently I wasn't the only one because a lady yell out.

I just went to Whataburger instead, which is only a two-minute drive. It was easy, and quick, the customer service was better than Sonic’s, and I got to go inside instead of sitting in a car in the heat. I get anyone has their bad days but it seems like this location is always having a bad day.

22 minutes for 2 #1s, tots and cherry limeade's? Seriously? Service is terribly slow. All the "jump the line mobile order" has totally messed up the ability to order at sonic anc expect food faster than a sit down restaurant. For the junk quality of food, we should have gone somewhere else - it would have taken less time.

The teenager taking orders does not know how to listen had us go to 3 different stals to order then said come to the drive buy window I asked her for her name so she could be ID for her rude behavior we have eaten here many times never had a problem at until we had this girl the only way to ID her is she dark hair and dark skin this was at 610 pm August 31. I don't go to restaurants to be harassed
