Received 4/5 strips and 2 were nugget sized. Won’t ever order here again. Based on the other reviews this establishment makes a living by conning their customers.

I ordered 2 drinks and dr pepper and unsweetened tea on the app and came to pick it up and waited 15 minutes after I checked in to get my order...i even had to call the store smh very disappointed

So my girlfriend went to this sonic today and she bought food which was good And realized she didn't get any ketchup for her fries mind you she's a super friendly and kind person always tips. So that being said she tipped the lady also then she calls back and ask if they could please bring her some ketchup when they get a chance. And the lady sayd yeah will bring it this time and then says but next time your going to have to ask for ketchup when you order and has an attitude and everything and my girlfriend didn't even complain after she said this. Butbthe customer service of this place is horrible and I hope there's a higher up that sees this review and handles this store.

Every employee I’ve encountered on the evenings here has a bad attitude. We’ll go to the next location.
Always get good service here and the servers are friendly. They do have issues occasionally with their drive in boxes semi regularly. The food is always great, love their double burgers!

2-21-2025. This is the 2nd time in 6 months I've came to this location due to a major screw up in my order that I've had to return 3 time for them to get it correct. Today I figured I give them a 2nd try because I work at Sr. Francis Hospital, it's close and convenient. They screwed up my online order again!!! I ordered a double bacon burger, medium onion rings and a cherry limeade. I add extra onions to my burger which there was none and only 1 slice of bacon on a BACON cheeseburger, REALLY!! The onion rings were cold and the cherry limeade tasted like they got it out of a dirty pop dispenser. This place should be shutdown!! Ridiculous and anyone I can tell at work not to order from this place I will.

Ordered online for pick up app said would be ready at 6:18 I pulled in at 6:19 and checked in. I waited 20 minutes for a mobile order. I live 3 blocks away from this location when I got home all the food was cold and the fries were inedible.
