I paid extra for onions and jalapenos but didn't get any. , my tots had also been on the warmer for awhile. The smash Burger was excellent however. Parking lot was clean as well

All I wanted was extra bacon on my breakfast burritos. I paid the charge for it. I asked if it was on there when I received it. Was told it was on there. Just to get home and see that it wasn’t on there. That’s fine just give me my $ back for the upgrade. But no, the manager on duty said he made it and it was correct and that he had to get to work and I was wasting his time and thatI could come up there to talk to his GM next Monday. Super rude especially when I tipped him on the app and in person thinking my order was correct.

waited a very long time for two items when the store was nearly empty- only one or two other cars. finally got them and it was night time so i didn’t see until i got home that my blast had a huge hole on the bottom of the cup that was lazily covered with a sticker, leaving the ice cream to melt all over my car and clothes.

I ordered 2 drinks and dr pepper and unsweetened tea on the app and came to pick it up and waited 15 minutes after I checked in to get my order...i even had to call the store smh very disappointed

So my girlfriend went to this sonic today and she bought food which was good And realized she didn't get any ketchup for her fries mind you she's a super friendly and kind person always tips. So that being said she tipped the lady also then she calls back and ask if they could please bring her some ketchup when they get a chance. And the lady sayd yeah will bring it this time and then says but next time your going to have to ask for ketchup when you order and has an attitude and everything and my girlfriend didn't even complain after she said this. Butbthe customer service of this place is horrible and I hope there's a higher up that sees this review and handles this store.
