This sonic always takes FOREVER for even small orders & even when they’re not busy. I only get pretzel twists & the last several times I’ve had to wait 15-20 min for a pretzel twist. Tonight I pulled up to a stall & ordered cuz when I pulled up to the drive through no one said anything for a couple minutes & the screen wasn’t on so I figured it wasn’t working. I waited 15 min again like all the other times so I finally decide to press the button to ask how much longer & she says “oh I’m sorry I had you down as drive through” WHEN IM LITERALLY IN A STALL! & while I was waiting other cars went through drive through & their orders were taken. We had just gotten food from wingstop for my daughter & it was cold by the time we got home. It’s always an issue at this sonic & they’ve forgotten my cheese sauce MULTIPLE times. I won’t be going back to that sonic EVER!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, the Hispanic girl was so rude bringing our food out like wasn't paying customers. I see why them people jumped on them down there because there all rude in that store. The person taking the order was rude and was rushing us. When the lady brought our food out she looked at like we had mess on us then she grabs our money walks off to another car remind y'all she has our food, took there money but left there food tried to walk pass our car with our food. Um No ma'am bring me my money and shove that food when the Sun doesn't shine. They need to just knock both of the sonics on lewis down or the GM need to hire a whole different crew that knows how to treat people with respect when there being nothing but nice to them. And you know y'all have had a problem in the pass come and explain that but don't dare think you about to run all over the place with my food. No ma'am this Sonic sucks the entire staff is rude and lazy.

Ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal with BBQ sauce thru the port thing and said my food was paid for. Had a couple other guys get their food before me when I ordered before they did because they messed up my order. I proceed to wait an additional 5 minutes and they told me I haven't paid and its costing more even tho they screwed up my order. Im going to be watching my bank account because im pretty sure i was double charged. the lady was super rude to me and I even over heard someone on the intercom snapping at another customer saying they were really backed up.
Never coming here again and wouldn't recommend other people.. also didn't receive my BBQ sauce, what a joke of a sonics.

The Onion Rings were burnt Dark BROWN TO BLACK. They replaced that order with an order that looked good however they were old & nasty as if they made them earlier in the week & kept them uncovered in the refrigerator.They also had a wang as if it was very old oil. The lady that remade the onion rings was nice & polite.... I must add that. The smash burger was totally over cooked & in retrospect probably old meat. I would not suggest eating at this Sonic until they get management oversite. COULD GET FOOD POISOINING.

Sat at a stall with red button lit for over 5 minutes with no response from crew - decided to order on app, pulled around to a pick-up stall, waited another 17 minutes for order. Finally brought out order - tots were coled and Blast was wrong size. Really too bad that Sonic was sold, never was this terrible before.

The fact they they had three works outside and they all ignored me while I was waiting for my order two people that got there after me got there order before me disappointing and embarrassing to say the least do better
I just had the best chocolate shake I have had in a long damn time. I usually would never go for anything "mini". I am a big guy. 6' 6" roughly 360 pounds but I lost my wallet inside of the walmart and thaf was all of the cash I had on me.
I honestly thought it was going to be a huge letdown being " mini" but much to my surprise it was very satisfying!
