Horrible customer service. Ordered a M&M with whipped cream. I asked her for whipped cream 3x. When she brought it out I explained I asked her for while I order. She literally snatched it out of my hand saying whatever you didn't say that you just want it for free. She took it back in a added a tiny spot of whipped cream which took another 5 mins and the blast was melted. She just shoved it at me and said here and walked off.

After years of bad service and terrible food, I only have Sonic for drinks when I am desperate.

This past visit was the last time though. Being charged almost $4 for a large tea that is spoiled is an insult. I have seen how nasty a dirty tea urn has to be to make tea taste soured and spoiled like this. I paid for a refreshment, not bacteria soup.

Cashier seemed stressed and kept forgetting our order, happens, didnt think much of it. Then you could hear the manager screaming and swearing at the employees through the closed window.

I dont care how incompetent your staff is, they shouldn't be spoken to like that. Not only is it disrespectful to the staff dealing with jerks all day, it makes it very uncomfortable for the very customers you're supposedly serving and working for.

Never coming back, this location needs a change in staff/management.

I was hesitant to visit this location after being told it takes forever to get served. I went through the drive thru and ordered two corn dogs and a medium cherry vanilla coke. There were a few cars ahead of me but the line was moving fast. My drink was ready when I got to the window and the rest of my order only took a minute after I paid, which is perfectly acceptable. Apparently I hit them on a good day. Hopefully this review will encourage them to continue doing a great job.

We stopped ate at the Sonic on 81st and memorial the burger I was amazing, service hot along with crinkle fries. The service was quick and the employees were very nice.

It takes over ten minutes to get ONE DRINK on a slow day! There’s three people in other stalls and no one in the drive through, and yet one drink takes ten minutes? Not only that, the servers NEVER say hello, they just blankly stare at you. Horrible location with little to no management.

I went there to get 3 drinks for me and my friends, two root beers and on water with raspberry and lemon in it, I was the only car there and when I. Got there the lady seem extremely irritated that I wanted lemon and raspberry in my water, water!!! And the preceded to poorly attached the lids on my drinks causing them to spill as I turned the corner out of the parking lot, and she charged for both the lemon and raspberry but didn’t put either in my water.

Rude as hell, no reason for it to take almost 20 minutes for some freaking slushies and a SINGULAR kids meal and a SINGULAR chili tot. then the manager himself gets on the mic when we try to see what’s going on, and snaps at us. excuse me? yall are unprofessional. then he comes out and continues to mouth us. screw yall.
