One of the worst sonic.I went during drink happy hour so my cherry limeade should have been 50% off, and just got a corn dog and small fries.How in the world is it nearly $8 ?! I never got a receipt, and I suspect they somehow added things onto this order.Never again will I do drive thru.Oh and the cherry limeade was flat ?I’m not wasting any more of my time having y’all fix the order.QT never fails me.

I usually come to this Sonic often but not anymore after my experience. I guess the Tony guy who took my order was ready to leave early. I'm not sure because after my sister and I finished ordering. Tony decides to ask what else? I mean with such anger! I'm like for $31 dollars to have an attitude like that our food should have been fresh. My chicken sandwich was burned and fries. Also the hamburger we ordered was slapped together and had no cheese on it. I am highly disappointed because this Sonic use to be my favorite but not anymore.Thanks to Tony who works here ! Your service sucks !

The popcorn chicken is usually good here, usually come here for the selection of drinks they have and the cheap prices, ordering from the app can make the drinks half off. For some reason not all of the stalls have screens that let you order, they've taken screens down for whatever reason.Portion sizes for the price of their food and snacks are mediocre, but taste is good overall.

I ordered 2 sonic blasts and when we started eating then the candy was only sprinkled on top but none was mixed into the ice cream lower in the cup.We at first walked you to order at the outside table area but after pushing the button and waiting almost ten minutes we left and had to go through the drive through just for anyone to take our order.

We picked up 2 of their chicken wraps $ 1.99 each, they are not worth 59 c, there was nothing in the wrap except a very small chicken tender,no dressing, dry, did not fill out the wrap, each end just dough, never again

Ordered the new cheeseburger pulled pork didnt get a patty or cheese got only pork very little bbq sauce and no receipt
On 02/29/2024 my wife and I had ordered two drinks and a large order of mozzarella sticks for delivery and we never received our order but found it strewn in our apartments parking lot the next day. On 03/06/2024 my wife and I ordered from the same sonic, a large banana shake and a mini heath blast which again did not show up. It was then that we decided to call the store directly to find an explanation but were given an attitude by the night time manager who rudely spoke over my wife's concerns with "I am not remaking your order" then proceeded to intentionally hung up on my wife TWICE before we took a walk down to the store in hopes to reach an understanding and at the very least, get a replacement. Luckily she offered to remake the order once we showed her we weren't trying to pull one over on her. This doesn't change or excuse the attitude we were given. I used to manage fast food so I know it can be like hell but if you can't keep your cool then there's plenty of other, less intimidating positions open. Step down.

I ordered tatertots but got cold fries. I ordered popcorn chicken, only a few had meat the rest was hard cooked breading.
First of all only one person there was nice. The other lady who seemed to be manager was so rude. They didn’t even know how to put a card in manually. They messed up the coffee and gave us basically just ice and French vanilla. Then when they couldn’t figure out how to do a card they gave it back telling me it was my fault and that my card doesn’t work when I’ve been buying things all year with this exact card. They lie to your face to make it easy on them and also shorted me on my coin change when I ended up paying in cash. NEVER GO TO THIS SONIC UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO.
