They always get my stuff right, one of the carhops (didn’t get her name) covered the rest of my total because I was short a couple dollars and she seemed very happy about it. Definitely gonna tip her good next time i see her. The employees are very sweet and they’re trying their very best. This sonic is very much worth it, as long as you don’t go during a rush. If you’ve ever worked in food you understand the struggle, and if you’ve haven’t then give a little bit of respect for these amazing girls!!

Ordered brownie and peppermint bark shakes and got some vanilla shakes with chewy peppermint on top. Nothing like what sonic advertised. The dragon fruit limeade was pretty good.

I just brought home food from this sonic. The shakes were good and the chicken sandwich was ok. But the footlong chili coney was gross. I have been getting chili conveys from another sonic with no problems. But this one was not good at all. Tasted like it was on the grill for a few seconds then put on the bun. Barely any chili on it. It was straight up gross.

Waited for someone at the speaker board to answer and when they did they kept saying what? I tried to slowly articulate myself and the girl just could not get my order down. Waited 12 minutes at the window before someone finally greeted me and jerked their hand out for my card. Slammed the window shut after and walked off. Waited another 4 minutes before getting my drink. The manager was rude at the window too when I had to repeat myself for the third time that yes I wanted salsa.
I just wanted to try the new caramel bourbon iced coffee as it looked like Sonic was stepping up their coffee game to what competitors offer. Received something that looks more like a temu knockoff. The taste was very bland and didn’t taste like coffee. The breakfast burrito had dry crusty eggs and the salsa packets were covered in dried salsa on the outside which should be a food safety concern for the franchise owners.
Will not be coming back to the location or any others under this franchise if this is what they have to offer customers in terms of service, food quality and safety

I would not recommend this location at all. Their location obviously didn't have an order system that worked because they literally wrote down our order. But they aaked us several times to repeat our order and even had to have someone else get on to hear us because the outside speaker was playing music so loud. They brought the order put and you guessed it was wrong. We told them we were missing tots and the carhop went inside to tell them after saying theyre going to want the whole order back. I said well ive unpacked the whole order in not giving it back. She comes and aays the inside people said they got our order right but she brought us tots anyway. I ate one bite of my chicken and instantly felt nauseous. The other person that ordered chicken had a hair in her food. Worse location I've ever been to.

I asked THREE TIMES while ordering at the drive thru to go easy on the ice on my drink. All I ordered was the drink. It wasn't that hard to get it. It was more than half full of ice. Sonic, we're having a parting of the ways. You're overpriced and I am not willing to pay $3.79 for a cup of ice. I can get 20 pounds of ice for that price. But I wasn't ordering ice. I was ordering a DRINK. Not a SIP.

I asked for a diet cherry limeade and was given a regular limeade. When I told the lady she just took it back and put cherry syrup in it. Still taste like a reg limeade. Still full of sugar

They were busy and was able to move cars 🚗 quickly and food was fresh and hot. It's definitely a yes for this location.

I went to pick up some food to eat after working all day, I ordered a jr double cheeseburger, small tots & a medium water. First of all my burger was pink and then the lady tried to CHARGE ME 2 DAMN DOLLARS FOR WATER just to give it to me for free after I caught an attitude because 2.00 for water is crazy. Never again will I go to sonic on 41st and 169

Got a breakfast burrito this morning. There was only 1 car in the stalls and no one in the drive through with me. All the bacon in my burrito was barely cooked. No one likes chewy peices of bacon pulled out of your burrito dangling there when you take a bite. Also the bacon and Tatortots weren't cut up like they normally are. I like the ingredients in my burrito to be mixed together not sectioned off. Normally I always go to this sonic because its better but I was disappointed today.

Went there tonight to get something for my family to eat. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Never was asked if I wanted a drink. Order was A number 9 with fries, a plain cheeseburger and large mozzarella sticks. Then I ordered a medium strawberry shake medium hot fudge shake and a medium banana shake. Right at 30 bucks. I get to the window I get 2 shakes. I asked where the banana was she said I didn't ask for one. I go ok how about my combo drink again you didn't ask for one. I'll get what you want but I will have to charge you for it. Told her forget it. I get home my chilli dog was cold fries was I believe cooked yesterday or at noon today. Cheeseburger had just meat and a bun. Mozzarella sticks was warm. I call corp. And the woman I talked to could not answer any of my questions was on the phone 5 minutes to see if she knew a drink comes with a combo meal. Told her she needs to be restrained and hung up. I will never use the Sonic on 41st off 169 in Tulsa again.
