Went there tonight to get something for my family to eat. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Never was asked if I wanted a drink. Order was A number 9 with fries, a plain cheeseburger and large mozzarella sticks. Then I ordered a medium strawberry shake medium hot fudge shake and a medium banana shake. Right at 30 bucks. I get to the window I get 2 shakes. I asked where the banana was she said I didn't ask for one. I go ok how about my combo drink again you didn't ask for one. I'll get what you want but I will have to charge you for it. Told her forget it. I get home my chilli dog was cold fries was I believe cooked yesterday or at noon today. Cheeseburger had just meat and a bun. Mozzarella sticks was warm. I call corp. And the woman I talked to could not answer any of my questions was on the phone 5 minutes to see if she knew a drink comes with a combo meal. Told her she needs to be restrained and hung up. I will never use the Sonic on 41st off 169 in Tulsa again.

The fact that they now charge for dipping sauce for our chicken bites is absolutely ridiculous!! I would understand if I asked for extra but for any? Come on now. I wasnt going to run my card for 10 cents.š

A black kid working just pocketed the money I gave him instead of putting it in the register. Barely any toppings on my order. He wouldn't fix it. Terrible service and theft.

This place is good. I don't care for salmon, because everyone can't cook it. But it nice and flaky cooked in butter very good. Had not been in years. Expensive though.

I mean sonic is sonicāŗļø sometimes itās a hit or miss but I do love their new drink drinks! I donāt know how new the pink flamingo is, but thatās my personal favorite . And my daughter loves the French toast sticks.

We visited Sonic because we tried their food once in Kentucky and loved it we just knew their food is generally good. Plus itās late things were closed we wanted something elseā¦ However, this time, the experience was disappointing. The fries appeared old or overcooked, the burgers looked strange and aged, the mozzarella sticks were not cooked at all, and the chicken tenders seemed to have been sitting under a heat lamp all day. Feeling like we would probably get sick, we decided to give our food to our dog instead.
On the bright side, the customer service was excellent. However, the food itself lacked love and care. As a foodie family, I have a keen sense of taste and can tell when something is not prepared well. Itās a shame that we wasted $37 on such subpar quality.

Used the app and took over 40 minutes to get my order. There's a time put in on the app so shouldn't have to wait that long. Guy kept going by to others and I had to keep getting his attention to bring out my order
Purchased drinks and snacks. Love the customer service and come at least 4 times a week. Great place for a quick bite.

Unbelievable prompt and courteous service delivering hot and well prepared meals... I will say the Dynamic duo of Batman and Robin with Alfred pumping out the grill... Especially on a cold winers night....
