No matter what time of day or night they suck. Cant get basic orders right and take forever at that

Ordered a large sweet tea and med blast and the car hop Brandon delivered 7 other orders before delivering ours . And it was ready inside on the counter by the 2nd take out order . Very poor priority . 13 mins to deliver a drink and a blast . Will not be coming back during 4:30pm

I ordered 2 drinks (easy ice and extra cherry fruit which I paid extra for) and two corn dogs. It literally took 31 minutes to get. Then there is no cherry in either drink and they are packed from the bottom to the top with ice (not able to fit more) and my corn dogs are cold. I tried to flag down someone (I was in mobile pick up) but have been ignored. This is consistent behavior and you will have to wait no matter the time of day.

Can I give it less than 1 star?
Waited 15 minutes at one stall to never get answered, moved to another one, still didn’t get answered. Had to flag someone down to put in the notice that I was here to pick up and order, that order which consisted of 2 drinks. Total time 45 minutes and counting for 2 drinks. Only reason I haven’t left is because they were paid for online already.

The card reader didn't work. We waited 30 minutes for 4 patties and 4 waters. The patties are dry. The poor lil workers look worn out.

First time there. Asked why I can’t pay with a CC. The person on the other said with passion @ you can’t pay until we deliver the food to your stall’. Wow!

No other people in the stalls and no updates after 20 minutes I pulled out.

Terrible people servicing Tulsa and the CEO I have a contact with needs to know. It was 7/30/2025 and the girl sounded young and never introduced herself ā€œ as low class places would doā€. Terrible business strategy!

I am a dasher and a customer for the woodland mall sonic. I experienced a wonderful staff member who is without a doubt amazing at handling their job under pressure even answering me while busy. Stormy deserves a raise and praise for hard work during dinner hour July 24 Thurs. 7PM also the other only one helped them too but definitely appreciate them short staffed being best they can under pressure.
