I waited 20 min for TWO SWEET TEAS! Got them and they were UNSWEET!

After waiting 20 minutes for 2 drinks and a french fry we asked where the order was and apparently they forgot it they said. Waiting another 10 minutes for the order. Drinks were great, but fries were cold and borderline overcooked/stale. Sadly area also has several homeless folks wandering around. No plan to revisit this Sonic.

Unfortunately this location is only up to date to the 20th century and only takes cash. Has been like this for several days. No point in going because no one carries cash to spend at Sonic.

STAY AWAY!!! ZERO stars. Ordered unsweetened tea in app, as a diabetic I always confirm it is unsweetened with carhop at delivery of order. Took a sip it was sweetened. Went to door to find out why I was misled, was told it must have happened because they were out of unsweetened tea, had no time to wait so Jody assured me I would receive a refund to my card in 2to3 days, it's been 4 days no refund. These employees are not to be trusted. Stay away!!!!

I eat at a lot of sonics and I will drive 5 miles to go to the ones in Broken Arrow just to avoid this one. Worst customer service... And what is a shame I am neighborhood right behind this one. one the back side of the street . Missing items .. my blast was 2 inches from the top of the cup ... I asked for a new one or two fill it . They brought it back 7 min later still no whip cream no cookies just ice cream.

This is the worst sonic in tulsa, i’ve been here 3 times and every time the card reader never works, i’ve used different cards and apple pay, and it always says try again, workers never come help.

Why do all sonics take so long? They always take a long time to answer even when you’re the only car there. My wife and I love the mozzarella sticks and we often just get that as a snack. But why does it always seem like we wait so long just for that???
