Waited over 25 mins for a Baja chicken wrap,tots, and a redbull charger... watched everyone come and go with what looked to be the same amount... had enough time to wait and get back to work on time. They made me over 15 mins late back to work. Won't be going here again..no other sonic has ever takin this long even if I order more. They said they were refunding my money but guess what...they haven't and they aren't. I didn't get a receipt so I can't show my charges..Will not be going to sonic..they're food isn't ever that good anyways and the wait is always ridiculous

My Driver

Staff is so short handed it flows out the drive thru with irritability. Rang up 5 special popcorn chicken ($1.49 ×5=$7.49) for over $20. I protested then was over $10 then I protested. Finally got them for $8.08. They acted like I was at fault.

Every single time I’ve come to this Sonic without fail they always mess my food up. Even when I wait months and try again hopping they’ll be better but they never are. I used to work in fast food and I’m baffled how you can mess up an on orders so often. Maybe try to do better?

Sonic food is what you'd expect for the price. However, the gal that took my order, AMBER, was the rudest I've ever experienced! NOT what is expected in Oklahoma. Rude, mean and just downright nasty! Could care less if I ordered or not. She seemed put out that I was even there! This franchise should fire her before corporate hears this complaint. Times are tough enough for fast food joints, so a little friendliness goes a long way to ensure repeat customers, but for me, I won't be coming back to this Sonic only because of how I was treated! Management can thank AMBER for losing a customer!

Thought this corn dog was funny... I was really looking forward to it, too. It was the only thing I got for myself that night. Smite by God Himself, I think! No one turned the corn dog over to see the charred sausage, so... I LOL'd and then was upset when I didn't have a corn dog to look forward to.

This is the sonic closest to where I live and always like to stop here on my way home from work. I’ve had really awesome interactions with some staff/and some not so with others. Newer staff seem to not care at all :/ No hi, how are you, just hands me my food and walks away. I also have been having more misplaced orders recently . Either some items or condiments missing, or wrong sizing. Today I ordered a medium mozzarella stick on the app, and got home to open my bag to a small, and it severely bummed me out. I’ve always loved this sonic but some days I’m like, why?

Ordered 5 chili cheese conies for the special. All of them were cold and the special order one was missing the onion rings and jalapenos. Both large onion rings were also cold and tasted OLD. Mad I left a tip.

When the food is fresh, it's amazing. But when it's not, it's inedible. I could tell when I got out the first fry to eat on the way home the entire order was going to be old. The footlongs are dry and welted. The fries are hard as rocks. It seems all the food was cooked 4 days ago and microwaved each day until it was served to me today. I usually don't go to this location, but it was on the way. I should've listened to the horrible reviews. I hope I don't get food poisoning from it.

October 25th, 2023 I pulled into the sonic location 9310 E 71st Street In Tulsa at 1721 pm to order ONE item. An extra long cheese coney with mustard and onions. A black girl came on the intercom. She had me repeat the one item over 4 times! Then she tried to charge me for two. I said "no, I only want one" she fixed it and then said "What was that order again?" I repeated it again! Then she had the nerve to say, you wanted mustard and ketchup? I knew then she was taunting me and trying to piss me off! It was clear! I gave a $1 tip because I knew it wasn't the car hop's fault. I get the coney home and it's literally smothered in mustard to the point that I had to take a spoon and take a bunch off. This was CLEARLY done on purpose! I didn't eat the chili dog because if they were that nasty and un-professional god knows what else they did to it! Very low standards, no management and unsupervised workers! That girl taking orders should be fired! I wish I had her name! It was 1721 PM and store #3043 Stall #12 Check #239 My order total without the tip was $5.20! Shame on Sonic! It used to be a decent place!! The car hop's name was Jae. This location needs to be shut down! Its really bad and this isn't the first time! I noticed a LOT of 1 star reviews and some lame response from the "owner". Never offers anyone to replace the item or a gift certificate!! What a waste!!
