10 minutes for a $4 boritto what took so long defently wasn't waiting for bacon

Went through the drive through. Took 10 min to get my order. I confirmed that everything was there, the worker said it was. AS soon as I drove off, I checked my food and was missing 2 Chilli dogs. Drove back had to wait 10min at the window to let them know. When someone finally assisted me they had the nerve to tell me to park my car and walk to the patio to get my food that they forgot and I had to drive back for.Parking: If you have a suc it is very tight.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

I waited for 10 minutes and a stall after I hit the red button for anybody to take my order didn't happen me and two other cars pulled around to the drive-thru where we sat for an additional 25 minutes before someone even got to take our order I ordered a number one no ketchup no pickles add bacon. What I got was the number one no ketchup no pickles no tomatoes and one piece of bacon that I paid a dollar for. This location is no longer getting my business they might as well just add another window and become like McDonald's if they're not going to answer the stall calls... this isn't the first time I orders been wrong either so I wouldn't waste my time with this location

Drive thru only taking online and app orders makes no sense, that’s what the stalls are for. Pointless to have a drive thru you refuse to use because you’re poor at management skills. Corporate should redo staff, that little white lady is rude and runs off customers by thinking she’s the smartest in the room. Def not going there again, they’d probably spit in my food.

My ultimate burrito today had 2 small chunks of sausage and had no bacon or Baja sauce. The girl in the drive thru was very short and slightly rude which is very uncommon for her. I didn't call about it seeing as there were multiple issues from multiple people I wouldn't imagine it would have been handled properly. It was a very disappointing experience.

Definitely never going to this Sonic again. I asked for extra ketchup with my meal both at the speaker and then again at the window. That was obviously too confusing for them to comprehend. They couldn't even bother with a napkin, at least? Or fries that weren't burnt and inedible? Don't bother responding back with the same copy and pasted answer about contacting the franchise owner since they don't care either, it looks like.
