I’ve tried this Sonic 3 times mainly because they are close by. This will be the last time I go to this Sonic. We’ve had several issues from showing up 20 minutes before closing and they said they couldn’t fulfill my drink order because they were about to close. It was only fountain drinks. Next, I waited at the drive thru and waited 5 minutes with no greeting and left. This time I pulled into a stall to order after about 2 minutes they came on the speaker and said this stall doesn’t work. I was confused why it didn’t work if they were able to talk to me. Is it because they didn’t want to take my card to another stall to be run or what. Just weird service. It’s pointless to complain to anyone there because they just tell you thanks and to file a complaint with corporate. Reading the other post they say that to all comments and obviously nothing gets done. Anyways I don’t expect this to change based on all the other negative comments and still seeing the same service take place.

Dr Pepper was watery, didn’t add the inclusions into my drink, something was floating in one of the other drinks, & on top of that the ice cream machine was down & I ordered on the app & still sat there for about 20 minutes when it said it would be ready in 4

I've been coming here for almost 10 years taking the last 6 months off but I guess in that time they've added or changed staff members which makes me super sad & extremely disappointed not only was the food over cooked & gross which i wish i wouldnt of paid for it but I was told they couldn't split my payment with half cash & half debit card. I told them I needed to do a split payment when I ordered so the boy that brought my order to me told me no they didn't do split payments, I didn't know that him so he had to be new& him m telling me they couldn't split my payment really wasn't true, I asked him to please go back I to the store & ask another team member to help him be cause they've done split payments before with the other carhops & in the drive through. It was an extremely long wait with the food turning out horrible & almost being left by my ride. It was just a horribly bad situation, i wish you all would make it right since the food was trash it took over 20 minutes to get the bag of ice cheeseburger burnt corn dog onions rings & the drink Worse experience & disgusting food. I really hope you all get your act together or please bring back all the ladies I've known for years that do an awesome job & deserve raises.

Waited at the drive through speaker longer than I would have expected. I finally said “hello” and a voice came over ask what I would like to order. I expected a “one moment” or “I’m sorry about that, what can i get you”. But nothing. Other than that tots were good, burger was meh

There are 5 Sonics within 3 miles of my house. This is the closest and best. They are always friendly and helpful and they always get my order right. It's not the fanciest, newest location, but it's preferred by far.

This Sonic HAS TO BE how the original Sonic was when it was started in 1953 in Oklahoma as Top Hat Drive In. It’s so good! It’s like a miniature actual restaurant / time portal to the 1950s (or what I imagine it being like lol). This Sonic is like if a very rich person who grew up on Sonic and classic amazing food made by a drive in, wanted to taste that and be able to experience it, and didn’t care if they lost money or turned a profit as a Sonic owner as long as the food was FIRE, but just wanted that super amazing Sonic food, so they bought a Sonic Richie Rich style and they operate it at a loss but have the best OG Sonic food ever so it’s alright by them. If Richie Rich doesn’t own this Sonic then SHAME on all other Sonic owners! Because if a Sonic can operate as excellently as this one does and be sooooo much better than every other Sonic (or fast food restaurants in general for sure) with out paying their employees 3X more and losing business because it takes them 2x longer to actually cook the food fresh, then why isn’t every Sonic like this…..or even semi close to this one? The employees, owner, manager, etc should be extremely proud…..because this place is a hidden gem. Big ups Richie Rich Sonic owner of this location. You the GOAT
