My smasher was so thin even with two patties in it you couldn’t hardly see it between the buns. I realize what it’s supposed to be like because I order them all the time and love them, but this Not it. It was more like having jerky instead of a Smasher

No one ever answered the red button. No one answered at the ordering kiosk in the drive thru. No one came to the window. I tried to place an order for 10 minutes and all these children working here couldn’t be bothered to even just say hello. Several cars left, including myself.
Ordered a route 44 drink with multiple add ins.
Received a 32 oz plain drink.
We send it back, the carhop goes into the kitchen, and immediately returns to us with the exact same 32 oz.
We went through the drive thru to offer this location an additional chance.
Received the same plain drink only this time in a 44 oz cup.
This location is failing and has cost the chain so much commerce and respect in this community.
We just go to Swig or Braums.

Never enough staff take forever and won’t even let you order from the stalls
Let it be known that I am a huge Sonic fan. This is the 3rd time I've been to this Sonic during lunch. It is the ONLY sonic I have been to that every item I get is freshly made every time. Nothing has been sitting under a warmer. I am extremely impressed. The chicken bites I had today were perfection. The staff is wonderful and the parking lot is clean. Most sonics have gobs of flies trying to get in your car. Not here. I had one fly trying to come in. Do you here me? One! 😯 I can actually sit here with my windows down and enjoy the fresh air.
Also, I am surprised by previous reviews. Maybe day shift and night shift are totally different? I say, try this sonic at lunch. You won't be disappointed.
To the sonic day shift workers - Thank you so much for the amazing experience you provide every single time. You guys, in my eyes, make this the best Sonic in the U.S!

The time now is 7:45 p.m. on a Friday night. I'd use the Sonic app like I do several times through the week to order ahead in order to save time. I ordered a large Dr Pepper with cherry at 7:20pm. When I arrived I parked install three got on the app put in my stall number and waited and waited and waited and waited.
I was the only customer in the pickup area as well as the only customer at the restaurant. After almost 15 minutes I pulled in to a different style that had a speaker called and finally they decided to answer. I told them that I had been installed three no one ever brought out my drink ask him how long does it take to fill a cup with Dr Pepper and ice and they said that when it was ready they would bring it out. Now for being the only customer here and having a simple large beverage there is no reason why you should take 15 minutes and the CarHop be rude about it when I'm the one that's been waiting. What's the point of having the The Order ahead if it takes just as long if not longer than it normally does when they're busy. I will never ever visit this Sonic again they need educate their employees on how to be courteous to paying customers or to anyone for that matter.

This Sonic is always a horrible experience. The wait times are ridiculous, even when ordering ahead, and the drinks are often wrong or poorly made. I ordered a cream slush and got a regular one that tasted like chemicals. The ice cream machine is almost never working, or it’s a 15+ min wait. I end up going to the 71st location instead. This place needs better management ASAP.

Close the store if you don’t have the capacity or ability to have a functioning staff to get the orders out with in a timely manner. It definitely reflects poor management! It’s 4:26 pm and we have been here since 4:07 pm waiting for 3 drinks and we only see one employee running orders.
