Placed an online order about 2 hours before close waited until the time it said and went to the restaurant. Well all be if I didn’t get there and they told me they didn’t have the stuff to make my food!!! So sonic ran out of stuff to make a burger with fries kinda seems like poor management if that’s the case. Not really all that upset about that part the real kicker is the employee told me they would cancel the order and I would get my money back. Fast forward 1 month later and 2 calls to corporate and alas I still have not received a refund. The first corporate store to ever steal from me very disappointed with sonic as a whole.

I've been coming to this location for years and even managed this location many years ago and have never experienced the type of treatment I expected today . When I went to place my order I was attempting to describe what I wanted the employee taking my order was unsure of what it was so she had her general manager take the order and when he got on the headset to take my order immediately addressed me as "ma'am" without even hearing my voice so I corrected "it's sir" and proceeded to take my order with the worst attitude and discontent in his voice I've ever heard . My carhop Maria who brought my order out was amazing, very friendly and when I shared with her my experience she informed me their DM was there and was kind enough to get her to come speak with me . Rosemary (the DM) was very kind , listened to my issue and agreed this was unacceptable & promised to address it with George (the rude ass in question) . This location will be much better once he is gone

I waited in the drive through for 8 minutes until someone took my order. For 2 drinks. And they gave me the wrong size. And it was another 6 minutes to get the wrong size drinks. Distant to wait for them to fix it. Do better.

Waited in line for 10 minutes as the only car in the drivethrough and they still messed my order up. Cahier was polite, but this isn't the first time they have messed up my order. Will only be back if I absolutely am forced to.

My SO and I have been to this Sonic a few times or so the past year, and it literally seems like if you catch this place on an off day, it's impossible to get any service. We went by today for a Chicken Sandwich and a Milkshake, literally just that and sat at the drive-in for a total of 45 minutes. 45 minutes, pressed the red button three times over the course of that time, and didn't get a peep from anyone. Not even a "we're busy so it will be a few minutes", which I would have certainly understood and at least welcomed the acknowledgement. But nope, crickets. We watched other cars give up and leave, and we did the same.

Went to another Sonic a few minutes in the other direction. Got immediate service and our food within 10 minutes. Whoever owns/runs the Sonic on Memorial near Walmart seriously needs to check in on their staff. Granted, most of them that we saw in there when we drove away didn't look older than teenagers, so perhaps a training issue. But this is the third time we've dealt with this severe lack of service at this location, so three strikes, we won't be back.

I’m pretty sure this sonic is run by just two staff members. One car hop and one cook. Every time I order on the app, my order is wrong and things are left out. You have to wait 20 minutes to be served and don’t even try just driving up, hitting the red button and ordering; you’ll get ignored. Just go through the drive through. Check your order before driving off because you’ll pay extra for add ons you’ll never get. Like actually look inside your drink and inside your sandwich. It’s that bad.

We ordered before we got there and still had to wait an hour to get our watered down drinks and cold food I even called the place while sitting and waiting for my food and there was no apology or accommodation for the ridiculous wait. But Finally 15 minutes after I called we got our watered down drinks and cold food.

Pulled in and tried to order on the app wanted a shake with the new fries but it says unavailable I clicked the button and first thing said to me is what do you want, I asked is your shake unavailable I can’t order on the app she goes “yes like i already told you on the phone”, in a hateful tone, but I never called in? I Immediately just left extremely rude

I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with cheese, and popcorn chicken. My grandson wouldn't eat the popcorn chicken because it was too dry. My sandwich was missing the cheese and toppings, and the chicken looked like it was cooked in old oil. I drove back to Sonic to get a new sandwich, and instead they came out with lettuce and tomatoes in a tray to put on my sandwich. What about the cheese? I asked them to make a new sandwich, but instead they put the cheese and toppings on the original sandwich (cold by now). When I complained to corporate, they offered me a coupon for free slushies WITH PURCHASE. There are too many other places to choose from to continue to support a place that has poor food and customer service. We will not be eating at Sonic again.
