Food can be good, but it takes so long to get your order. You don't want to go back.
garbage location, always a shit experience
When i asked a question about sizes on the blizzard, the ladie snaped at me and said she could serve me that size. I was just asking. When I got to the window, the guy didn't even talk to me at all even to make sure it's what I ordered. It's was all so rude and .unnecessary. I will not be going there again

They deep fried my pretzel!?! Their fry oil is old and nasty so I always avoid anything fried. But now their pretzel that's supposed to be baked is fried? Bread soaked in old oil. 🤮🤮🤮🤮
Everytime i come in the mornings (between 7-8am) service has been really poor for the past month. Often times it takes them forever to respond (if they do at all) when wanting to order food in driverthrough. When I get my food some employees are extremely rude seeming like they don't even want to be there. Food has been cold as though it's been sitting out too long.
Never showed up, even after said delivered. Has been 3 times. I'm done. 3rd time and no competition. I'm done.
Easy app, great food and location. I enjoy the breakfast, but everything is wonderful!

Placed an online order about 2 hours before close waited until the time it said and went to the restaurant. Well all be if I didn’t get there and they told me they didn’t have the stuff to make my food!!! So sonic ran out of stuff to make a burger with fries kinda seems like poor management if that’s the case. Not really all that upset about that part the real kicker is the employee told me they would cancel the order and I would get my money back. Fast forward 1 month later and 2 calls to corporate and alas I still have not received a refund. The first corporate store to ever steal from me very disappointed with sonic as a whole.

I've been coming to this location for years and even managed this location many years ago and have never experienced the type of treatment I expected today . When I went to place my order I was attempting to describe what I wanted the employee taking my order was unsure of what it was so she had her general manager take the order and when he got on the headset to take my order immediately addressed me as "ma'am" without even hearing my voice so I corrected "it's sir" and proceeded to take my order with the worst attitude and discontent in his voice I've ever heard . My carhop Maria who brought my order out was amazing, very friendly and when I shared with her my experience she informed me their DM was there and was kind enough to get her to come speak with me . Rosemary (the DM) was very kind , listened to my issue and agreed this was unacceptable & promised to address it with George (the rude ass in question) . This location will be much better once he is gone

I waited in the drive through for 8 minutes until someone took my order. For 2 drinks. And they gave me the wrong size. And it was another 6 minutes to get the wrong size drinks. Distant to wait for them to fix it. Do better.

Waited in line for 10 minutes as the only car in the drivethrough and they still messed my order up. Cahier was polite, but this isn't the first time they have messed up my order. Will only be back if I absolutely am forced to.
