My burger was soggy an overloaded with lettuce and onions big box of lettuce pieces not the small pieces that you really expect when you get a burger my Fry's were cold and half salted and it was pretty busy l was in drive through, l wasn't very happy with my orders...

Only Reason I give service a 2 is because the male car hop was sweet but clearly this is orange hair on my bacon and the orange headed girl came to drive thru & said they wouldn’t remake it DONT DEAL WITH FAST FOOD IF YOUR NOT GOING TO WEAR A HAIR NET SHE WASNT EVEN WEARING A HAT AT ALL just swinging her hair & shedding in everybody’s food definitely calling corporate this is beyond trifling !

Great food?! Kinda sad when an employee runs out of the restaurant gripping & moaning at customers why are you guys here ordering we want to go home! We get off in an hour WOW!!!!!! 🤔YOUR Still open! Means your supposed to work??!! 🤔😤😤

The internet at the drive-thru was a very short and rude and it seemed to be in no rush at all to get our food to us even though we were one of only two cars there

If I could rate no stars and still write a review I would. First off the food that I got a cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks was cold and literally tasted like it was made the day before. About an hour after eating it I started throwing up and its now been 6 hours and I'm still throwing up about twice an hour. I'm beyond mad, had to leave work early. I don't know what's going on if you guys aren't making new food as often as you should and using old stuff.... or if your food has gone expired or isn't being kept at the right temperature idk but something needs to be done about this

Couldn't check in at stalls for in app order. Waited 25 minutes for 2 drinks in the drive thru. Would had left but already paid.

Been waiting nearly an hour for our corn dogs. We ordered 15 and others that arrived after us are getting their corndog orders. When we asked we were told it's because we ordered so many. Apparently that puts us behind any orders of less than 15 corn dogs . By the way it's Halloween . 50 cent corn dogs so many people are ordering. Was just told that our ordered was placed but didn't get confirmed whatever that means. What's confirmation even for? To make sure we really want it???

Let's face it, since Sonic was sold it has gone downhill across the board. Quality, service and tact. It's really too bad. I'm sure I will get a the corporate bot response to contact Sonic and let them know my experience so they can improve. They aren't listening. We'll know you're listening when quality and service return to the standards of what Sonic was before you bought the company.

I placed a order at this store, the screen showed my order as being in the kitchen for about 15 minutes or so before the screen stopped showing an order. So I called the store and was informed in a rather hateful tone that if I want my food I will have to get in the drive through line behind 5 other cars. Upon asking for a Manager or corporate number I was informed to Google it and was hung up on.

Just got French toast sticks. Thought it typically comes with 4 in an order and only received 3, but that didn’t really matter because they were so hard that it was inedible and I’m still hungry.
Sailor needs to be fired. I come to this location several times a week but will ask before I order if she still works there. I've bought orange slushy for ever and now you don't have them? But have a manager that gives your best customers nothing but LIP! She forgot who pays her check. You might want to read the reviews or keep Sailor & close your S. Lewis store.
Sad because I've always loved Sonic.
Previously left a review. Went back tonight for dinner. They close at 11pm but wouldn't answer the drive thru or from a stall at 10:45 pm. Seriously the worst location. If I could leave no stars I would. Last time they gave me the wrong change, forgot one of my drinks and the chicken sandwich I had ordered look unappealing due to the old looking brown lettuce. Will not be coming back to this location.
