Ordered using the Sonic App. Arrived and followed instructions to let the establishment know I was there. App didn't work. I pressed the call button and spoke to a young lady who laughed loudly at my delimna with the app. Another person came on the speaker and assisted. Very unprofessional behavior from the first person.
Whet about lunchtime the service was okay not the best I've ever had she didn't want to smile but the food was great and it was out within 5 minutes and they were real busy
Did not get my order correct and didn't even offer ketchup, we asked for their new fries and we were told they don't have any fries even though their truck was leaving as we're pulling in. Fills like they need a new Mgr.
