I live less than a mile from the store located on union and drove to this store instead. The employees at the brookside location are friendly and got my order right even provided the correct drinking straws for the new bursting bubbles

First time to try a Sonic. Placed a mobile order. Picked up in the drive through.I think they got our order wrong. Either that or the portions are a lot smaller here at this fast food chain.I’m going to compare their food to McDonalds. Their double quarter pounder looked like McD’s double cheeseburger. The large fries looked like McD’s small fries.Weren’t given ketchup packets or straws for the milkshakes.Food made me sick to the stomach and had diarrhea later that night.

Very bad service! Lemonade was hot. Slushies and ice cream were melted. Kid at the window was rude and acted completely out of it. The lady making drinks was inconvenienced by making just drinks. We were the only ones there. Not sure what the problem was but I tried to be understanding because obviously they were short staffed but that level of rude was completely uncalled for.

Terrible experience with the in app ordering. Waited 15 minutes before finally someone answered the red button and rudely yelling something that couldn't be understood. After a second time she rudely answered again and said drive through only. No greeting no thank you no nothing. The whole experience took over 30 minutes. No route 44 or large cups. No drink carriers either. So I received 5 cups to drive with. This manager needs to learn what customer service should be.

So many things wrong with this sonic . Staff is rude won't answer in the stalls. Then when you ask questions they get sideways an more rude. On top of that they screws up not one of my orders but also caused excessive wait time witch is also bad for my own business. I will also be contacting corp .

The young man working at almost 10pm on a Saturday, seemingly by himself, did as well as he could have done. Sonic did no favors to this young man, leaving him stranded to take all the abuse from customers that I am sure he endured! Get these people some help, or consolidate! Pick!

I wouldn't go here. You won't even know if they will be open. They have been closed 2 different times now during operating hours. Hire more employees or close down your location. You have 3 sonics within a 3-4 miles radius. Close one and actually staff the other locations.

They are usually fast, efficient, with good food and decent pricing. Foot long chili cheese coney is a favorite. Love their shakes too!✌
I ordered a footlong chili cheese Coney and asked for light chili. They did as the order said and it was perfect. I also ordered a 44 oz. Coke with extra real cherries and they really hooked me up. Everything was so good.

What’s the point of ordering with the app if it still takes 20 minutes to get your order after you arrive. Slow as dirt, might as well go to a sit down restaurant.And, when I finally get my order, get home and it’s wrong. You guys are awesome.
