I just don't understand why the wait times are sooooo bad. The employees running food out are trying their best but the wait times are so bad I can't come here on my lunch break anymore. You guys better keep that kid is working as a CarHop right now he's the only good thing you've got going.

I just got the chicken tenders from here and the last one I bit into was raw! I will be making a formal complaint to the franchise owner in the morning! Not to mention the wait time is terrible as well!

We were waiting 45 minutes for our order it look like the cook was sitting outside the whole time he looked about 400 lb in about 70 years old with long unkept hair there were two kids running back and forth trying their best to get the orders out I felt so bad for the kids I asked if they needed help because I used to be a cook for Sonic and I seen their cook had been sitting outside the whole time it's ridiculous I came back that same week and was waiting another 30 minutes from my food and as I was waiting a worker with purple hair just got into a car and left leaving just one person up front from what I seen all by himself the kid couldn't have been more than 17 overall it's a garbage store ran by garbage people the only thing good I can say about this store is the kids try their best but with no help what can they do

The vibe was cool, but I said I wanted nothing but lettuce and mayo on my chicken sandwich. The lady taking my order verified “you said nothing but lettuce and mayo on your sandwich right?” I said yes. Does this photo look like only lettuce and mayo to you? What’s the point in us asking for what we want if we don’t get it? Why do this? Why not just tell us we can’t modify stuff instead of putting us through this? Why is every single restaurant like this? This is so frustrating. It’s been such a long time since I’ve gone to a restaurant and actually gotten what I asked for. It’s so entirely frustrating!!

Ordered a foot long cheese coney fries and a drink. Foot long was barely warm, fries were cold. Sonic has gone down hill. No napkin at all, had to ask for ketchup that I didn't need, because the fries were cold. Last time I will eat here. Waste of money. Called the number they provided, talked to a young lady. She assured me they would call me back and make it right with me. She read my phone number back to. No one ever called. Guess they don't need repeat customers. Worst sonic I have ever had. They don't even back their restaurants. Won't be eating at any of them no more.

I don't know if it's just the sorry crinkle cut fries or the quality in general but this place went from being consistently good & open late in years past to never having the sign lit and messy, cold food.
I like Sonic but you're tucked between two independent burger places that close earlier than you. Can ya be the Champs from like eight to close again?

Why I keep given this trash location my business is beyond me. If you like going and paying for food and then getting the wrong order that doesn't even add up to what you bought, this is definitely the destination for you. You'll also wait for a ridiculous amount of time, for your wrong order. JUST CLOSE IT ALREADY. YOU DONT CARE.

Placed an order for two drinks and two sides which took 20 minutes, then one of the drinks was wrong and we’ve been waiting 10 minutes to get the right one. We’ve been waiting a half hour for four very simple items. This location is never staffed and it’s obvious with it being like this for YEARS they simply don’t care to invest in their processes and staffing.
The worst run Sonic around. It's fast food, so it's not like the expectations are super high, but somehow this location has failed to impress, to say the least. The staff is incredibly rude, they have messed up my order every time I've come through in the last couple of years. I try to go to a different location, but occasionally I'll try to give them another chance with a simple drink order or something and it still is always disappointing. If I order ahead they always try to say they don't have an order for me and I have to spell my name and insist they check multiple times before the magically locate it. I don't know if the franchise is just underpaying their staff so badly that they can't hire competent people or what the deal is, but it's not a good look.

always a terrible experience everytime we go there but my wife love the Bacon ranch queso, I try not to go there if I had my choice. This Sonic is for sure on the top 5 worse sonics , I've been there many times with hardly any customers but still takes time to get your order as if they was swamp plus scrappy customer service

The cashier at drive thru window was really an absolute great worker, she's a good asset to have around, I can't remember her name and it was just getting dark, Saturday night 47th n union sonic. I gave her 3 bucks tip, and reason I like sonic is my mother worked the sonic in Jenks back in the 70's or 80's , It was when they first started Sonic.
