I went to the one on Union in Tulsa, this is one of the worst Sonics I've ever been to. I've been there twice and I will not go back.

Terrible service, cashier was not paying attention. We ordered mozerella sticks, a simple order. We soon realized they had given us, chicken nuggets. I don’t necessarily mind but I would have preferred for them to get my order correctly. All the workers seemed to have earbuds in. That would explain the miss communication.

this location is less than a minute's drive from my house. When I got home this morning from getting two # 15 (breakfast burrito combos), the burritos were cold. the shredded cheese wasnt even warm when i opened the cold tortilla , the eggs were cold, the sausage bits were cold, And to top it off, my drinks barely had any ice when I got home. Normally, we just dont go to this location in the evening because our food is always cold when we get it home. Again, we live maybe a minute drive away. I was the only person in the line and there were no cars in the stalls. for $20+, I expect my food to at least be warm. Because I had to get to work, I didnt have time to go back up there to discuss, but I can tell you we will absolutely not be doing business at this location anymore simply because they cannot seem to get hot food to customers paying for it.

Just don't.. They don't care about being an independent ran franchise with a copy and paste mentality from a saved word format to reply and think it's just that ONE location ran by independent franchised cry babys no one dines from inside of.
This Sonic was GREAT!! The workers were friendly and polite, they were quick and our food was hot and fresh. Even after the short drive home! We went here the day before yesterday, after waiting at another Sonic for so long and never getting our food. I was so annoyed after leaving the other Sonic that did terrible, but my friend wanted it still. I'm so glad this one was on point!! The same two combos and everything was correct and cooked well.
