When I usually it’s for a really good review or really bad review, unfortunately this one is for a bad review. For those reading, I am a God fearing man so I will be held accountable if I commit fraud, lie or otherwise misrepresent God.
My wife used to be a sonic regular, and she loves her chili cheese coneys. Usually when she has a bad experience with food she will avoid that dish, or store altogether. She experienced food poisoning and immediately went to the hospital. With her being pregnant there was a huge concern with baby and complications This was definitely one of the horrible experiences, where she would vomit, have accidents you name it. Thankfully baby was safe.
We contacted the store the same night and was instructed to ask for the manager and they’ll put our name in the books for free cherry limeades to compensate us.
Some time has passed and we decided to redeem that but they did NOT honor it. There were no records of it. He repeated that health department would have contacted them if that was the case. ( why would anyone report themselves to get in trouble ? I know next time to make the report our self ) The GM we spoke to thought we were trying to hustle him telling us we got the wrong store. I later found my receipt on my email and called again to tell him that we have the right store.
We were not trying to get a free hand out, we weren’t running game, we had money. The fact that he did not even try to keep our business and can be heard in the background yelling “ they got the wrong store “ really upset me and finally hung up on us. This is not how you do business and they definitely lost ours.

We went in just for an order of French toast sticks and a coffee using their app. Waited at the drive up spot for 30 minutes then tried the drive through seeing now people drive away and finally noticed someone hop out of their car and run inside but by the time that happened it had been an hour and we Cortland wait anymore. So we got scammed, they need a better manager.

The footlongs look like they were left over from yesterday or the day before and they're served with soggy bread.

This place can’t keep it together for nothing. I was in the drive through and several folks drove off. My granddaughter loves Sonic so after school we go. The young lady still tried to be polite. Next day the drive through was closed there wasn’t enough stalls to order from. It was ridiculous. Get it together Sonic..

The food is absolutely amazing The wait time is pretty long though I like the hamburger and the slushy🍔

I door dashed some cheddar peppers with 2 packets of ranch and Tots with 1 packet of ranch. I received zero packets of ranch. It wasn’t even a complicated order. Food was just ruined. Without the ranch I just threw away most of it. Waste of my money. Thanks a lot.

Food was wonderful, it didn't take too long than it does usually when going to any Sonic and also got all the corelrevt items for once compared to the other Sonic locations. This Sonic is by far the best, I will definitely be coming back because I don't bother going to the other ones not to sound harsh but they either take forever or even when they do or don't take forever they still either give my husband and I the wrong order or we are missing parts to our order or they are rude to us when we just explained what had happened and just wanted what we ordered. But this particular location the woman at drive thru when placing our order was kind. And honestly the food was the best I ever tasted and that's goes for this Sonic, just this Sonic. Thank you for the wonderful service and thank you for getting our order correct!

I have been to this location four times and it always takes a really long time to get my drink even though there are only a few other cars in the lot. 3 of the times, I hit the red order button a second time to ask if my order had been lost, they apologized, and brought my drink out immediately. Apparently it had been made and was just sitting on the counter with the ice melting

I ordered a sweet tea with lemon today but they gave me something else that was undrinkable. I've not had good experiences at this sonic the past year. Hate wasting money so rarely go and this. So frustrating. Sweet girl at window tho.

Just ordered a sonic blast today July, 9 2024 3:27 pm. I received my order, took a bite and it tasted heavily like mold. Without making it a big deal I sent it back. The waitress ask if I would like anything else and I asked for the same item perhaps without the banana that was in it this time assuming perhaps that's where the mold came from. The waitress said ok, ledt came back rather quickly and handed me the "new" sonic blast. I took a bite and it turned out to not only be the same exact one I returned but what further confirmes that it was the same one was the fact that it still tasted of mold and the same scoop Mark I took out the first time I took a bite was still there. They literally just added extra chocolate pieces on top to cover up the first scoop. This is unacceptable and intentional food poisoning. I spoke to Scott Hamilton, the manager working during this time for a refund. This needs to be addressed. There are people who are deathly allergic to mold and their intentional careless behavior is unacceptable.
