I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and they put onions and pickles in it, and we had them order another bacon cheeseburger for the second time, when we received the 2nd reorder, they did it again putting onions and pickles in it, so we had them do it again for the 3rd time, and when we got the last order they did it right on the 3rd try, but the 3rd try they rushed the bacon cheeseburger so they put a slice of cold cheese in my burger! So if anyone goes to this location to order, don't go to that location for food, they don't know how to make the bacon cheeseburger the right way!!!

I just ordered a large mozzarella cheese sticks with marinara. I asked if they could be cooked fresh. The cheese sticks were already pre cooked. The cheese was starting to thicken in the middle it wasn't soft. So go further please cook your cheddar bombers and cheese sticks according to the order. Nobody wants a stiff cheese sticks. I will not spend my money here anymore.

The last two to throw times I went to order one of the blasts they have told me the machine is either broken or they are cleaning it. Tonight I was there at 7:15 PM and they had already started cleaning it even they are open till 11. That is a great way to lose business by not being able to serve what is on your menu.

I was here with my husband Friday September 5th in the afternoon. Our car hop was a pretty black woman who had braids. She was so genuinely nice to us that I remembered what good customer service felt like. It's rare. She seemed happy to be at work. Thank you for the great service.
