I ordered a new promotional item they ended up burning & replacing. My wait took longer than expected but manager Scott took every step he could to make things right. Everyone has off days, but they still went above and beyond for a fast food chain. Thanks, Scott! (:

I was here with my husband Friday September 5th in the afternoon. Our car hop was a pretty black woman who had braids. She was so genuinely nice to us that I remembered what good customer service felt like. It's rare. She seemed happy to be at work. Thank you for the great service.

The manager was very nice to me today and gave me a coupon with my food because I had to wait a little bit. I think they are probably just doing their best. Hope they can get the drive thru situation sorted. Working in food service is hard, so give people some kindness and understanding.
