I looks like Sonic is finally coming back since covid. This is why I have not been back, for everywhere I went, the food sucked. Now it is the way it was pre covid.

I don’t appreciate being asked to come to the drive thru because your short staff when there is only one car in the drive thru and one car ordering in a parking spot. You may be short staffed but serving 2 people is not over whelming to have to go to the drive thru.
Thought I give this place a chance again but once again I was told to go to the drive thru when I just sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered

Stayed at the hotel next door went through drive through no one answered. Acted like they were closed went back to my room watched for a good 30 mins car after car so I called some girl answered the phone and I asked if they opened and she hung up on me

This is probably one of the best sonic in Tulsa .I use both the windows drive thru and a inset and eat enjoying watching the traffic who knows who your see or what ..lol.kim

I put my order in every morning to get breakfast in the way to school. I pull in about 645 and all the lights are off and I wait in the drive thru with no response or if I am lucky to get a response I pull forward and have to wait another 10 to 15 mins to get the food I ordered 20 minutes to arrival. If your going to open your establishment at 6 am then be open at 6am. If not change your hours of operation.

Wednesday morning about 1045am...parked in stall ordered 2 sausage egg sandwichs....WORST breakfast sandwich I have ever gotten from Sonic...eggs looked as if they were cooked the day before they were dry and hard....sausage was burnt on one side and toast was burnt on one side...

Went to this Sonic at 10:01 P.M on 2/8/2025, only to be told when I get through the drive thru “I’m the only one working here so I’m closing right now”. Really goes to show the integrity of the staff and management to 1. Not find staff on a Saturday night and 2. To let staff close an hour early because they are understaffed.

Sketchy area. Drive thru only due to nobody wanting the job. Don’t expect a thanks and don’t be in a hurry.
Apparently they close their machines down at 9:30. Don’t waste your gas. Go to McDonanlds. Be slightly less disappointed

I had the Garlic Butter Bacon Burger and had that only one other time in the last year and a half, but at a different location. I decided to give it another go, and am I glad I did!!! It was very good, and their "groovy fries," which are smaller, more crispy, crinkle cut fries, were 🔥!!! I'll definitely be back to get my meal on soon!
I really appreciate the option of the drive thru as opposed to parking to order. Very convenient when it's a very small order , or when I'm needing to be as quick as possible , or both. I pulled into Sonic at noon straight up, beginning of lunch rush , very pressed for time . It took only 3 mins to order my single item,, pay , and be on my way.. . Yep,, definitely prefer stores with a drive thru.😁🤙

I am extremely annoyed, disappointed, irritated, etc. every time i visit this sonic after 9:15 pm their system is ALWAYS “down” and they “can’t take orders” is the system really down every night or do the employees just get lazy.
