Services bad but I ordered a shake and it was made bad not sure what was in it however did not taste to it like a normal shake and I had came 3 different times to make sure that I am not being extra.
The service sucks like employees don’t deserve the job no the 1 star
I’m really disappointed with this location from management to customer service I was served the shake with a whole in the cup.

I didn't think Sonic could do any worse than the worst Sonic. I literally live across the street from one Sonic but drive 2 miles to another one because they usually make my drink just the way I like it. When it comes to food though that's a different story. Twice now I have ordered onion rings cooked light and this time they weren't even edible. I give up. Looks like I have to find someplace else to eat at. Just wish Whataburger had more locations because it doesn't get much better than them. Sonic once upon the time was the best for service and consistency but definitely not the case anymore. Do better Sonic !! I was going to post a picture of my burnt or overly cooked onion rings and it doesn't even give the option. Hmmm I wonder why ,

I wait 20 mins for 2 corn dogs. 2 other cars in the parking lot. I pushed the button and asked if I was gonna get the food. She apologized and brought it right out.
Ridiculous!
Wonder how much longer I would have waited if I hadn't asked.

Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and an ocean water with sweet cream. Burger tasted so bad I took a couple bites and threw it away. Never again. Do better Sonic. At least your drinks are still decent though.

I don’t appreciate being asked to come to the drive thru because your short staff when there is only one car in the drive thru and one car ordering in a parking spot. You may be short staffed but serving 2 people is not over whelming to have to go to the drive thru.

Thought I give this place a chance again but once again I was told to go to the drive thru when I just sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one answered

Stayed at the hotel next door went through drive through no one answered. Acted like they were closed went back to my room watched for a good 30 mins car after car so I called some girl answered the phone and I asked if they opened and she hung up on me

This is probably one of the best sonic in Tulsa .I use both the windows drive thru and a inset and eat enjoying watching the traffic who knows who your see or what ..lol.kim

I put my order in every morning to get breakfast in the way to school. I pull in about 645 and all the lights are off and I wait in the drive thru with no response or if I am lucky to get a response I pull forward and have to wait another 10 to 15 mins to get the food I ordered 20 minutes to arrival. If your going to open your establishment at 6 am then be open at 6am. If not change your hours of operation.
