Just a bunch if kids who could careless about serving the customer. I did an online order and put ASAP. Only car in the parking lot and it took 15 minutes to get a drink and cheddar peppers. The food was cold as well. It was a online app order and it showed the server was on his way. Took 8 minutes from when it said my food was being delivered until actually delivered. Poor management and service. 4:30 PM on 1/5/24.

I'm obsessed with the pickle fries! I placed a mobile order for a large pickle fries and a large sprite zero with extra ice. It's my go to order. I check in and the menu board says "employees name" is on their way, super fast. But no one came for another 24 minutes. I got a large container with only a fourth maybe half full of soggy salty mushy pickle fries and a regular sprite (because their sprite zero was out but instead of informing me and me selecting a replacement they chose for me) with no ice. But pressing the red button to complain was futile because no one responded even though there was only 2 other cars in stalls and no one in drive thru. I cut my losses and left. I have refused to tip on the app before I get what I order anymore as a result. Trust issues lol

Went thru drive thru. Person working acted like he didn't want to do his job or didn't know the menu. I asked for a number 11 and they had 4 options and the guy acted like there was only one. Told me to just come around to window then the wait was too long. I wanted chicken tenders only. He was like what drink when I said no drink and read him the menu and he still wouldn't order me what wanted. Left. Won't be going back to this location bec of bad service. This was second or third time at the ba sherdian location but this was first time bad service.
Went through drive through assuming it would be fast because no one was there nor at stalls. Pull up - order 2 Jr Frito Burritos and sat there for 10 minutes at the first window. We saw a bag that we thought might be ours and it was indeed ours and had been sitting there for the entire time we approached. Once we asked to have them re made so they could be warm they snared, laughed, and went to the back without saying a word to us. Shocking part was THIS WAS A MANAGER! Definitely won't be coming back. This place used to be so good. It's a shame

We pulled in & pushed the button to give our order. We waited. Waited.Waited. So, I finally just looked for a worker to come out to ask her what's taking so long. Guess that sign is broken now too,she said. We told her we just want 2 Halloween Blast! So,she went back in and we waited.Waited.waited again. She finally came out and said oh, sorry ur blast just decided to blow up all over. We laughed. We paid for the blast and left.

I drove into the parking spot and they said “please go thru the drive thru. I went to the drive thru and they said they can’t take any orders. I asked if I should wait or they can’t take any orders for the day and they did not respond. So I drove there again to ask them and they said it would be 20 minutes before they could take another order.
