Paid for a grande and got a talks worth of coffee. & food was half cold in the middle. No one else in line except me on this cold morning. Not a fan. The man at the window was nice, though. I always keep cash to tip 15-20% and I shouldn’t have today.

I placed an online order for serval drinks and I asked for a drink carrier and the employee that fixed my drink said they didn’t have any drink carriers. His co-worker that was standing next to him showed him that they still had a few left and he still refused to provide a carrier even after the fact that I told him I was walking with the hot drinks. He stated they were running lower. So he first lied then just refused to provide one.
Just pay attention to details someone might get upset. ?

I absolutely love this Starbucks location all the employees are so professional so nice and the service is absolutely amazing my favorite thing to ask them for is a surprise drink and I have yet to be disappointed I highly recommend this

Jason is always so friendly and in a good mood. Service is quick and accurate every time! I enjoy the consistency of the employees and how polite and professional they all are. The drinks are always spot on and I order some weird stuff they generally have all food items in stock and that's a plus. I find a lot of others are frequently out of new items. The inside is always clean, I like the dim lighting and calm vibe.
