I always enjoy coming to this Starbucks, but today stood out thanks to Tony behind the counter. Not only was my coffee perfect, but his warm attitude and genuine friendliness made the experience even better. It’s refreshing to see a barista who takes pride in both the drink and the customer service. Thank you, Tony, for starting my day off right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went to this location to grind coffee beans that I recently purchased. The lady supervisor seemed to have an issue grinding the coffee. This is probably my 3rd time having this done at this location. And the non binary bartista did it the last time which was clueless this time. The store wasn't even busy. She did state that it had to be a Starbucks brand. I usually get what's available at the time. The previous time, no one informed me that it would be a problem.

The best Starbucks store that I’ve seen before, I loved the drinks and services, everything is clean, the cashier was super nice, everything was perfect and I DO really recommend this Starbucks store,

It's very important that I get my drink right because I'm Lactose intolerant and Tony did just that. He even remade me another drink just to make it perfect for me.

Starbucks is actually cheaper then my goto coffee places. Not as good, but cheaper! Fast service. Nice people at this location.
i never write reviews but omg this starbucks is terrible, do NOT go here if you are in hurry. and don’t expect your order to be right either! i go to starbucks to treat myself and every time i come here something is wrong, either my drink takes 20 minutes (one time almost an hour) or my order is made terribly.
here is one example… I ordered a grande pumpkin spice latte with cold foam. $10. the drink was not filled up to the top, and there was more cold foam than drink.

I am visiting from Canada and this is my local Starbucks fore the next six weeks. I went in, and I was RUDELY on the phone - Dayna (praying I get her name right - I did ask, but I have a terrible memory) - was not fussed, and patient. She took my order, which was a venti hazelnut oat shaken espresso - had it ready in less than 2 minutes (there were 3 drinks ahead of me) and BROUGHT IT TO ME, because I was still on the call.
The service was kind, fast, the drink was awesome, the place was spotless, and I am thrilled I found my coffee spot as my little home away from home <3

What is wrong with this Starby’s? I ordered at 8:43 and the app said it would be ready about 8:51. I walked in at 8:50. By 8:51 my breakfast sammy was set on the mobile order area. Things are looking good!

At 9:20 an employee asked me what I was waiting on. I appreciated him asking. I told him a grande cinnamon nitro. He said okay and then I continued to wait. I’m normally not a patient person and do not want to be a Karen, so I continued waiting patiently while watching the Tour de France on my phone.
Nothing else was said to me. At 9:37 I approached the counter (without a Karen face) and asked for an update on my order. The employee asked if I wanted a refund. I told her i did not but at this point I’d like the breakfast sammy to be hot as it has cooled significantly. She seemed confused by my request so I showed her my order on my phone and told her I had been holding my sammy since about 8:50.
She offered to re-heat it, which I accepted. My drink was ready at 9:43. I don’t want to complain as I have sympathy for restaurant and fast-food service workers. But this was a bit much.

This is the worst managed Starbucks ever. Even if you order ahead, I promise you will wait at least 20 mins once you walk in the door. Then the drink will be made wrong. It’s literally the worst, I will not go back.

Worst store i ever visited!!! The lady washing her hands in the same sink and washing the cub upside down in the same sink. I ordered this week tropical punch she charged $6 nearly with tax and it was horrible with artificial flavors and more ice less drink she filled almost 95% of the cup with ice . Also last week i ordered caffe mocha and paid almost $8 i clearly told the guy to make it extra hot but it’s not and taste is horrible too. I feel that QT $1 coffee taste is far better than this
