I hated Starbucks. I went in on a whim one morning and I have to say that this location showed me that there are some excellent Starbucks coffee shops. The staff is incredibly friendly and quick.

Went this morning to grab coffee before work. Ordered a Venti Oleato. They handed me a grande. I said I ordered a Venti the barista said we rang it up as a grande so you can but another coffe in a venti. I just walked out. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Not my mistake. It was theirs. Unsold have been happy to pay the difference ti get the venti but not a complete second drink. I stopped going there for years due to the poor customer service. I should have not went back.

I love the manager going above and beyond with my mobile order which I didn’t have time to pick up. She could easily said sorry it’s not our problem but she went above and beyond. I am very grateful.

I am a customer of Starbucks over 10 year and this is the first time I got a yell at salesperson at this store on Dec 3, 2023 around 11:45-12:15pm. I ordered 3 items, the 1st and 3rd came out in 10 mins. I continued waiting for additional 15mins; the 2nd had never done. I asked if she forgot my order, she yelled at me that she didn’t forget mine. I waited for another 2 mins, not any items given. She possibly thought that I cheated and tried to have another orders for free .Too bad for Starbucks to hire a Terrible person.A bad apple ruined the whole package….

I went in this morning with my boyfriend to grab a drink before school and ended up leaving after 20 minutes with no drink. I work in the service industry, and the lady who took our order was unprofessional, rude, and abrasive. I paid with ones and come change and was told by the lady who took my order that I was short $1 (I was not), but they were a little busy so rather than argue I gave her the extra dollar. We also tipped $7 for the trouble of paying with ones and change. We watched people come in after us and get their drinks within minutes. We had a two drink order, it should not have taken as long as it did. We ended up having to leave with no drinks, they hadn’t even started making them after over 20 minutes. We got a refund and my boyfriend told the lady who took our order that he was taking back his tip and she aggressively accused him of stealing out of their tip jar. We had told her we were tipping them for the trouble when we ordered and she was aware that we had put the money in the tip jar. I work in the service industry so I know sometimes places are busy, but this was not one of those situations. Incredibly negative experience with a very rude employee.

Went with my girlfriend, paid using some quarters. I understand that that can be annoying so I tipped well (50%). I’ve worked in service before, I understand the hassle. The lady miscounted my quarters but instead of starting a scene I just paid with more cash. Our drinks took over 20 minutes and when I went up to ask about them the employees seemed lost, so I ended up cancelling because we had somewhere to be. Then the same lady who took my order made it her own personal goal to keep the generous tip I gave her, even though I never got my drinks, and was getting refunded for them. Overall an unprofessional and unsavory experience. Wouldn’t keep her if she was one of my employees.

Waited 15 mins for one drink with two people ahead of me and the person that came in after and ordered food and three drinks got their order before me and I was told I had to wait so long because of a spill. I remained kind but still got my drink handed to me with an attitude. I hope they have a better

Clearly aren't ready for more than one or two customers at a time.I stood at the cash register for nearly 7 minutes before someone actually spoke to me the first time. I know this because I was on a phone call that rang as I walked in and I hung up when they went there and the call was 7 minutes and 6 seconds long so not exaggeratingStarbucks in general seems to be losing their edge but this store did not have it for sure at least on this visit

I've had no problems with this store or their staff...when they're open. About half the week I show up to a piece of paper taped to the door saying they're closed.Great when open, but that's only about 50% of the time unfortunately.

This location seems to be struggling. There were four people working but only one person making drinks during the morning rush. The person on drinks was just lining them up on the back counter as she finished them, so I figured it was for a large order. After waiting 15 more minutes after my mobile order was supposed to be ready, with no drinks being placed on the counter or called out, I went up to the counter to check the status and turns out my drink and everyone else's had just been sitting back there that whole time. And then there was a mistake with my drink. Will be avoiding this place in the future.

Time to get rid of employee "Rachel" with the dark hair and ponytail. Your Barista was so drunk/hungover this morning that they were sitting on the floor while a crowd of people waited for their orders. Not the first time this has happened and its starting to become a pattern. The manager walked by and asked them to get off the floor and go in the back several times. Completely unprofessional and a real liability.
