Hello, I would like to file a complaint about the service I received today at your store. The barista who served me handed me my drink in a very brusque way, almost throwing it, and seemed upset or annoyed.
As a customer, I believe courteous and respectful service is an important part of the Starbucks experience. I kindly ask that you take this feedback into consideration to improve the customer experience.

Idk her name but ik she’s Latina and was the only one working there yesterday anyways everytime I come to this Starbucks she’s always giving me attitude and yesterday while I was ordering she was aggressively tapping the screen while staring at me and she always does something wrong with my drink, idk if she does it on purpose and think I will drink the way she makes it but I’m paying for what I want.

Went by today for some school clothes shopping which resulted in a very tired and irritated 5 year old lol they were so fast, friendly, and made all of our drinks perfect! Even giving her some stickers to make her day! Thanks everyone♥️

Ya’ll I ordered oat milk and you gave me MILK instead and I’m LACTOSE INTOLERANT it’s NOT A PREFERENCE I have an ALLERGIC REACTION TO MILK AND NOW I AM IN PAIN. THANKS A LOT

Great service, nice staff, love they have chairs and tables with electrical outlets on the wall to chill. Love more that they have room temperature drinks (peppermint mocha).

I love the Iced Blonde Vanilla Latte. It is perfection and I’m addicted to them lol the only downside is the price of Starbucks in general. They just raised prices due to the fall flavor rerelease
