Service, horrible service. The two girls that were working on 8/31 at 630 were so bad at their job. Kept talking to other customers and ignoring us, kept flirting with a man. Ambiance was just disgusting.. unknown liquids everywhere and the worker ate lunch at one of the tables and just left it there. Them both messes up my drinks twice and kept mixing up the cups. It was just ridiculous this was horrible.

We ordered three drinks one venti pumpkin spice frap one venti caramel frap with extra caramel and sweet foam and one grande caramel ribbon crunch the blonde lady didn't start our drinks until 10 minutes into us waiting and before that she was complaining about her job to a customer and flirting with him they confused our cups and some other girl made the wrong drink and gave us pumpkin spice with my sisters caramel and sweet foam then gave us my other sisters in the wrong cup size then another pumpkin and we had to get it remade because it was the wrong drink the area was super gross and the worker left her chipotle on the table the 2 workers there just had a bad attitude

The young girl named Ivanka that works there needs to be fired. We go in everyday before work and everyone is professional but this girl. She forgot our coffee cake then when asked about it she says very rudely “It will be ready when it’s ready” when it finally came out she literally balled it up and slammed on the counter. When we got to the car it was completely crumbled.? This is absolutely not ok! You are going to lose alot of customers with employees like this. Tried to call the Starbucks with no answer
