Terrible customer service skills. I went through drive though to get my mobile pick up order. It was already done and they told me to circle around to order even though I had a pickup.

So I come here quite frequently and always get the same thing it’s usually amazing! But this morning the cold foam was just liquid and I drank half the “ foam” in the first drink and I could feel the difference in it. I had already pulled away and couldn’t get it remade as I was headed to work. Not trying to be a Karen but take the extra minute to let the foam actually foam up lol.

I come to this restaurant 3 to 4 times a week and always have beautiful service and everybody’s upbeat and friendly and helpful. The guy they had on drive-through at 3:45 PM on Monday 11/24 was awful. He was young with dark hair and I have never seen him before. He was rude on the intercom, taking my order and got my order all wrong and got upset with me when I told him this.

I want to give a shout out to Sholem. I was sitting enjoying my coffee and was so impressed watching Sholem training a new employee testing her in different drinks. After each drink she made he was so positive and complimentary even if he had to give her a little advice he always followed up with a positive. We need more people like Sholem in our lives. He is extremely personable and friendly as all the employees are. I really enjoyed sitting and seeing all the positivity in the cafe.
