I want to give a shout out to Sholem. I was sitting enjoying my coffee and was so impressed watching Sholem training a new employee testing her in different drinks. After each drink she made he was so positive and complimentary even if he had to give her a little advice he always followed up with a positive. We need more people like Sholem in our lives. He is extremely personable and friendly as all the employees are. I really enjoyed sitting and seeing all the positivity in the cafe.

Been going here for a while, orders are always accurate and they are always very nice and friendly. They get busy often but handle the lines pretty well. The girl who helped me today was super sweet and this made my whole day. It's a beautiful day today.

5/5 Stars - Highly recommend! This is by far my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa! The crew here is unmatched—they’re incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Even on a busy holiday, when the place was absolutely slammed, they managed to provide one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The team handled the rush with such grace and positivity, and my order was perfect. I can’t recommend this location enough!

I ordered an iced apple crisp shaken espresso and it always comes with the top. When they gave me my drink it didn't have soft top and when I asked for it The lady at the window "I promise it's on there it's just sunken all to the bottom because it's shaken" first of all, I order this drink all the time so I know that's not true and the fact that she's straight up lied to me about it really piss me off. I pay extra for that and I expect to get what I pay for.
Great customer service here. I actually had visited a different Starbucks a few miles down the road on my commute to work. I didn’t taste my drink before pulling off, and I noticed my Pink Drink tasted overwhelmingly like coconut milk. I’ve never had to complain about the way my drink has been made, but I just couldn’t drink it because the taste was so off. I was closer to this Starbucks at this point. I pulled in fully prepared to have to just buy another drink and throw this one out. But they took care of me and with a smile too. I appreciate the fact that they went above and beyond for me when they didn’t have to and it wasn’t their issue to begin with. (I’ll also mention I’ve never had a bad drink at the Starbucks I had initially visited.. this was a one off experience so I’m not upset with the other location!) They were very busy, and I noticed how friendly they were to everyone coming inside despite the rush they were experiencing. Kudos to them! I would highly recommend this location. I believe Cooper was the gentleman that assisted me. He was so kind. Thank you!

Our normal Starbucks was closed today due to a power outage and we stopped by the shop at 91st and Yale and were greeted with happy smiling, baristas an awesome energy by all the employees and lightning speed, coffee and breakfast. Well done I think we found our new favorite location!!

Messed up multiple simple orders and had literal dish soap in my coffee. Would not recommend this location if you love Starbucks. Don’t get stuck with a bad morning brew. I will not be returning to this specific Starbucks as this is not my first bad experience with this location. You have been warned.
