I want to give a shout out to Sholem. I was sitting enjoying my coffee and was so impressed watching Sholem training a new employee testing her in different drinks. After each drink she made he was so positive and complimentary even if he had to give her a little advice he always followed up with a positive. We need more people like Sholem in our lives. He is extremely personable and friendly as all the employees are. I really enjoyed sitting and seeing all the positivity in the cafe.

Been going here for a while, orders are always accurate and they are always very nice and friendly. They get busy often but handle the lines pretty well. The girl who helped me today was super sweet and this made my whole day. It's a beautiful day today.

The crew here is unmatched—they’re incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always go above and beyond to make customers feel valued. Even on a busy holiday, when the place was absolutely slammed, they managed to provide one of the best Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The team handled the rush with such grace and positivity, and my order was perfect. I can’t recommend this location enough!

I ordered an iced apple crisp shaken espresso and it always comes with the top. When they gave me my drink it didn't have soft top and when I asked for it The lady at the window "I promise it's on there it's just sunken all to the bottom because it's shaken" first of all, I order this drink all the time so I know that's not true and the fact that she's straight up lied to me about it really piss me off. I pay extra for that and I expect to get what I pay for.
