I’ve been going to this starbucks for 10+ years and have always had little issues but nothing ever that serious till today. A barista got mad because I called a popular drink a different name and then accused me of throwing trash outside my car. I never did throw anything outside my car I emptied my water bottle so I could toss it in my backseat. When I told this barista he got very aggressive and yell that I it’s still inconsiderate to pour your water which is just ridiculous. He was very aggressive and wouldn’t share any information of his supervisor so I could talk to them. I really hated being yelled at and accused especially at a place that you pay more than $6 for a tea.

Had the Bacon and Gruyère egg bites today for the first time, they were delicious! Hot and fresh! Loved them. Also had an iced green tea. Very good. Fast friendly service. Like this location. Everything we have tried is good.

Unable to follow simple instructions. Very easy order. Venti cold brew with “light ice” or “very light ice.” It doesn’t matter. Always a full cup of ice with a splash of cold brew coffee. $6 for a cold brew, at least follow directions.I’ve been getting “no ice” lately and a cup of ice on the side. Today I was scrutinized for it, after I had already given a tip. So actually more than $6 for a cup of cold brew and a side of ice and scrutiny. You’re welcome

I was a bad customer and used there phasility for a meeting and no body bought anything for 1 hole hour that won't happen again the people never said one thing about it I was ashamed when I left I was invited I should have ordered something it bothered me the crew never said anything they were professional about it and didn't say a word thank you

On 3 separate occasions I've come here a little after 530AM and they absolutely refuse to answer the drive through. I'll drive around to the window, sit there, drive around to the front. I see them all talking inside. I know they all can see me glaring at them from my car. then I'll drive back around to the drive through again. Nothing. Always forced to come inside. No, I've never complained to them about it. I'm always worried about food tampering as a result of complaints. Today at 545, I saw someone else attempt the drive through. No response. That person went to the drive through window to peek inside. Who knows if they got service or not. I left.

Starbucks is okay. It's so expensive and I'm not a common girl who has to have it. I get it every once in a blue moon. I do have a favorite though l like Java Chip with a little Carmel in it. It's so good. I don't drink coffee often either so I have to be in the mood or someone else buys me one. If you like it then get it! The people have been nice too.
The employees are lovely despite being so busy.
