✨️Starbucks-81st & Mingo✨️ This Starbucks has been the only store I've been going to for years. It doesn't matter what part of town I'm in, we go here, even on our way out on road trip! (LOL) They get your drinks right, they are kind, courteous, and friendly. There are times they run out of Oatmilk but it happens. Consistency is what is important to me and this store does it!! ✨️✨️✨️

I'm a daily customer so I was very disappointed yesterday morning getting my matcha. The match was not blended well at all. There's was clearly chunks of match. To serve that to any customer was a disappointment to see.

I hate to be the person to say this! The service here is always super slow!!! Lots of employees all the time but you literally will be in line forever! The lobby is already tiny!! A manager was also training an employee holding up the line telling her things he could have said after the rush. I hope it gets better!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks literally every employee in that building had an attitude. It was like you were a burden for walking in there, and then gave me more attitude when I asked about something I was charged for that I didn’t realize had been discontinued. if you don’t like people then don’t work in customer service It’s not that hard.
Very nice ppl! Guy with blonde beard was super nice, he liked my cool bag! Pumpkin spice was great!

Not a big regular because just too expensive. My daughter however has got the cheddar and has no problem dropping forty a visit. Place is cool. Just not forty cool. Free wifi is always a plus. Some of the other patrons always seem to of either just farted or just smelled something awful

Out of ALL the Starbucks in the area this is the most consistent in messing up my order 🤦🏻♀️
They’re one cent more expensive from my other Starbucks (taxes) and they will for sure mess up a simple drink.
I order brewed coffee 🤦🏻♀️ they get creative in the ways they can mess that one up. It’s sometimes fun to see the creativity. Other days it’s just frustrating.
