Had worst service ever the lat time drinks where perfectly. However yesterday terrible my daughter spent 35.00 on our order around 3pm .for myself I ordered a tall mocha Frappuccino with coconut milk whipped cream and chocolate drizzle on top. They gave me Carmel drizzle, I told them it was supposed to be chocolate not Carmel they just added a sqirt of chocolate on top of the Carmel. I was very upset what if I was allergic to Carmel. They could have remade it but I just took it because I was already upset they messed up the first time My husband' had the strawberry Frappuccino that was not made correctly everything was on the bottom not even mixed. He had to mix it himself. My daughter Carmel drink was not made correctly either. Very bad service didn't want to give any stars

I will say that some of the staff members are excellent, although I experienced very rude behavior from a certain girl today. She was being extremely awful towards one of her coworkers! The coworker she was picking on was obviously younger than her, maybe just a bad day? I hope so. If not I hope management does something. My drink was good, just had a not very friendly experience.

Love Starbucks, just can't afford to go very often... Especially in a state that goes by federal minimum wage!... Here's to wishing parents didn't grow old & refuse to view moving closer to their children as a death sentence!
