I’m a very regular Starbucks customer (often 2–3 times a week at this location) and normally have great experiences. Recently, I’ve been ordering an iced chai in a venti cup with no milk, so I can mix in my own protein shake instead of milk. This has never been an issue at multiple Starbucks — I’ve always paid for the drink in full and simply asked for no milk. At some locations (including this one) they have even just charges me for a venti cup of ice with the pumps of chai. This was great, because I wasn't paying for milk I was not getting.

Today, however, I was told at the drive-through that it’s against Starbucks policy to sell me the drink that way, and they would be fire, even if I was willing to be charged for the full amount. I explained that other stores have had no problem accommodating this, but the barista refused.

To me, this reflects poorly on Starbucks’ policy more than the individual employees. It feels unreasonable that a customer cannot simply pay for the product as-is with no milk, especially when it’s a common accommodation across other locations. Still, the lack of flexibility at this particular store was disappointing and left me frustrated.

I hope Starbucks will reconsider this policy for loyal customers who want to continue enjoying their drinks while making small adjustments.

This is hands down the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. Put in an order almost an hour before, so I could get to work on time, still wasn’t ready when I got to the location, proceeded to wait inside for 30 minutes!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I waited 45 minutes for my drink with no update, and when I asked the staff about it (only twice), one of them “Ash” was rude and dismissive. If I had known they were backed up with big orders, I would’ve just gone through the drive-thru instead.

To make things worse, one of the breakfast sandwiches I got had a small piece of hair in it. Not only was the service unfriendly, but the food was also unsanitary. This was my first time at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, it left a bad impression. I hope the staff can be trained to stay kind and professional, even when it’s busy. Total waste of time and money.

This is the only Starbucks I will go to anymore! The staff is AMAZING, the guy who takes my order always makes my morning better. He is so polite and always asks me how i am! Even though most Starbucks have the same coffee recipes, they just make the coffee better at this location.

The girl working the morning of 7/22 was so sweet; however. the asian person was probably the rudest person i’ve ever encountered at a starbucks. so rude to the fact the nice lady i mentioned previously jumped on the speaker to deflect the whole situation.

I come here at least 5 days a week!!

Located on Newtown Road at Citation Blvd it has super easy access to! I can drive through with my horse trailer! Two lanes to order from your vehicle. One is perfect for bigger vehicles or vehicles/trucks towing a trailer.
I rarely g inside but today I did, seating is plentiful, and store is extra large with plenty of seating.

The last couple times we've ordered coffee on the app and picked up, my cup has had a note written on it. I'm so thankful for these cute little notes. I've not been inside this location but they're fast and the little notes make my day so much better.

The staff making drinks are amazing and fast! The staff making food items, not so much. Waited 2-3 minutes for my drinks but waited 10 minutes for my food, while being only one of two people in the cafe.
