The baristas are always friendly so it got 3 stars, it would’ve gotten 5 if it wasn’t the slowest Starbucks drive through I’ve ever been in. And like once you place a mobile order you’re like of stuck because you can’t get a refund. So not my favorite in Tulsa for sure.

Service extremely poor. John-Mark was the server at the window, he was very rude to begin with. They don’t greet you or smile. tried to send me off with less than 6 0z. Of drink in a tall 12oz. Cup. I know how much 12oz is so I called him out on him but he still pretended as if 6 was 12. So, people who’re not aware can be fooled at this location.

They double charged my card and told me after talking to them that it was a bank issue, which the bank is the one that told me to go to them first. Check your bank after going to them. I'll not go to them again.
This location is always fast and friendly. It's a super busy store in the morning but they get you in and out quick. The batistas make great suggestions if you're stumped on what to order and the variety of quick bites is great for a quick snack.

I JUST left the drive through. My order took longer than usual, no problem, they're busy. But 2 of my drinks were incorrect, while my receipt was correct. I asked for them to be remade and the person at the window was arguing with me telling me that a half melted blended dragon fruit lemonade was normal. It took a long time and was clearly just sitting there melting while I was waiting. Another employee, Ash, came to the window to diffuse the situation. I stated that I have worked at Starbucks for 6 years previously and I'm aware that this drink doesn't usually come this way. Ash told me it was a new recipe and that's how it always looks. I actually used to work with Ash at the 81st & Mingo location.... Like, I know that I'm not wrong. Worst customer service. I'll absolutely not support this corporation again. Giving them 6 years of my life was bad enough.
