Food would have been warmer, I stood there and watched mine be made and then left on the counter for 10 minutes, was able to finish a third of my coffee. Other people's orders that came in after me were completed before mine. Staff was not unpleasant. Guess my tip wasn't enough.

My $15 coffee was not made correctly I had to throw it away. The barista was rude no one smiled no one greeted me my order was supposed to be ready and it was over the time and they said it was ready but it wasn’t. I tried to force myself to drink it but it wasn’t hurting my stomach. This is the third time in the last year spread out by months that they have made me the wrong thing or it was just gross.

Parking: this store does not have drive thru at Utica Square. parking is shared with all the other stores. you may have to walk a bit ( will be difficult for mobility challenged patrons). but there are lots of shops to browse on the way.
