This is my favorite location because the staff is stellar, super welcoming & good at what they do. But the place is usually kinda filthy each time I come. It’s like they don’t clean from the day before. So the tabletops & floors are stained with yesterday’s drinks & crumbs, walls are stained w/coffee splashes, small bugs land in my cup, & the garbage bins outside are usually stuffed & spilling over. I still come because of the staff & great location with beautiful landscaping. But I do wish they would include cleaning in their to-do-list before opening every morning.

We stopped in about an hour before closing and it was evident that one of the employees was restocking and made no attempt to greed us or at least let us know that someone would be with us soon. The employee clearly does not enjoy his job.I understand if they are busy with a task but at least acknowledge when a customer comes in. Very unprofessional.

When another customer, who had been waiting for the last 25 minutes, asked a barista about her mobile drink order, the barista, True, replied that her drink was “in the queue and it would made when it gets made”… she was very rude, dismissive, and annoyed by the ask. The customer, who had a toddler with her, on her way to a doctors appt said, “I can’t wait, I have an appointment to get to, can I get a refund, please? True then replied that she “didn’t have time” and she needed to “ask someone else”… the entire interaction was not the standard Starbucks quality for customer care.

It is becoming a hit or missed luxury. We have had the Caramel left out of the Caramel Machioto. So drinks are hot. Others warm. Just seems like they're not special anymore or their workers don't get that this is a luxury we can live without.

Ordered tall hot oatmilk latte.It's the burista who made experience special cause I'm not really a starbuck fan.He was personable, witty and made the wait worth my while.Don't know his name but he had beautiful red hair and an Irish personality to match.
