Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Employees just throw drinks at customers with a bad attitude.

It's Starbucks, average to good consistent coffee and pastries.

At this location, the doors are locked, but the employees are friendly and will kindly unlock it for you. There is plenty of seating room in the area and a shaded outdoor seating area. Lots of parking around the building. And this location has their own stop light, so it is easy to make a left turn out of the driveway!

Parking: They have their own stop light, making it easy to leave the parking lot. Especially of one has to make a left turn.

Yes, very much indeed still a 3 at the very best. Customer service here is very inconsistent. Some people are very kind, and others are most arrogant.

I share the same experience as the last reviewer. When you pay $7 for one drink and it’s made wrong and when you inquire, you’re given attitude and told “I can make it again but I’ll make it the same way”…shoulder shrug…zero care and an eye roll. Extremely unfortunate and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Placed a pick up order waited 20 minutes I don’t mind waiting but I ordered before hand and there was only one car in front of us so It wasn’t busy at all the car in front of returned their drink and had to wait by the curb for the drinks to be redone I’m assuming when we finally got to the window they asked for payment I stated it was a pick up order again they proceeded to hand us our drinks the frappe was all liquid and the shaken espresso looked flat and not like a shaken espresso I asked for a refund and the guy at the window was like well when did you place your order I placed it right before we got there for the same reason didn’t offer to remake it at this point the manager came over and said my drink was like that because if I wanted extra cream I would need to ask for it and she doesn’t know how other Starbucks at this point I was confused because I wasn’t complaining about extra cream in my shaken espresso that doesn’t have cream I asked for a refund and none this Starbucks location sucks and so do the employees

I asked if coffee was fresh, told "yes".....all I wanted was drip coffee with cream and 2 sugars. One person had to take the order, I had to wait for another to pour it into a cup, then had to wait for another person to steam the half and half(why, I have no idea) and had to stir it up myself. All this fun wait and it wasn't even luke warm. This place is pathetic.
I went back in and told them I was they
just said "oh, we will brew you a fresh one now"
So now we are back to the beginning......"is the coffee fresh?"

I won't be back here. If u don't care about your job, then go get one you like!

The manager here, Adriana, is an absolutely terrible person. She is unbelievably rude, totally unprofessional, speaks down to people who are not being in ANY way unkind to her, and is extremely arrogant re: shady business practices.

I work customer service, and have for years, so I am ALWAYS polite to everyone, ESPECIALLY those who are performing a service on my behalf. I don't raise my voice, cuss, or call anyone names. I *do*, however, advocate firmly for myself, especially in a place where I routinely spend $40 an order. When I am spending that much, I expect to get my money's worth. So when I order a venti drink, and then pay $8 more for shots, and you choose to only make half the drink so that you can fit the shots in (AFTER I call and specifically ask you to make it like normal, add the shots in, and just pour the extra into the cup I brought, and you say you will) – but then, once I've already paid online, wasted my money, and driven all that way, have them hand me a mostly black espresso with the smallest amount of flavoring in it, it's unacceptable. And when I calmly ask the barista for the rest of the coffee, before you run to the window aggressively and tell that it's made correctly, there is NO extra when it's made right (despite the fact that I paid for a venti mix ON TOP OF extra shots, *not* a regular coffee and four shots) and treat me I'm insipidly stupid for expecting it not to taste like espresso when I put espresso in it, it's unbelievable.

Those bitter shots I order are offset by the sweetness of a whole venti drink, but when you think you can cheat someone, take their $15 and only give them $7 worth of ingredients, you're kidding yourself if you think you're a good manager - especially when I calmly reiterate how I am being polite to you and ask you to extend me the same courtesy, just for you to tell me that you ARE being perfectly polite, I just don't like the answer and am expecting to get my way and it's not going to happen with you.

Thanks to her terrible behavior, I did some calling around, found a store with a manager who wasn't a raging jerk, and will be taking my $250+/wk business there. As someone who has waitressed and cashiered and worked windows and bars and security and many other places that require a level head, it's extremely hard to get me upset at ANY type of customer service worker, but after the infuriating dressing-down I got and Adriana's awful attitude, I hope she chokes on that self-righteousness.

My drink was not entered in correctly which caused me to ask twice if she had entered the order correctly at the speaker to which i received a major attitude from both baristas over the speaker outside. When i got to the window the barista was short with me and kept her shoulder or back towards me for our entire interaction. Probably to hide her name tag because when i went to drive away she made a very snide remark. I was surprised at first but this is a typical interaction with the baristas at this location.

Short, dark, curly hair. Heavier set girl.

I try to go to the one on 41st and I-44 if i can avoid this one for that reason but some days i choose a rude barista over driving 10 mins out of the way. They really need to retrain these girls on how to treat customers. I can understand someone standing up for themselves but deliberately having an attitude with people who are just there to order and pick up some coffee is inappropriate. If you hate having customers, go get a job in the warehouse, not the store.

Kid-friendliness: They aren’t even friendly to adults, i wouldn’t expect they’d be friendly to a child.

I didn't know what to order I always get a caramel frappuccino. But for some reason I wanted hot coffee. I asked the young lady working Wat did she recommend she asked me what I liked and we went from there I ended up with a hot caramel macchiato with cold foam. It was so delicious thank you so much to the Starbucks lady that helped me
