this has been the second time they didn’t get my order right. first time i got a matcha drink with lavender cold foam. got the drink and had no cold foam. the guy was arguing with me and my boyfriend abt it. this time i had my drink customized and it cost extra to get it customized. they didn’t make it how i customized it. and my sandwich that i had order didnt even looked like a sandwich. just looked like they threw the bread, ham, and bacon in a bag. it was all soggy too.

I have attempted to order several times from this location using the app. I have someone pick up my order and bring it to me. Everytime they have not completed order correct. Save you time and money do use this location! See pic and what is supposed to be in the drink

I waited to write this review until they did me dirty multiple times because I understand that training new staff can be difficult, teaching complicated drinks to young people can be very hard but I finally had to say something because no one should be spending nine dollars on a drink for it to be disgusting. For many of us this is the one thing that we do a day to treat ourselves and help us get us through the day so to start off with something gross is a terrible experience and really the opposite effect a Starbucks drink should have. I don’t think these kids know the recipes because every single drink I have ordered here in the last two weeks has been wrong in someway. either the wrong milk and refusing to remake because they insist that it’s correct even though I order almost the same thing every day and recognize the flavor. The espresso shots - I ordered an ice shaken espresso that tasted like a glass of milk with sugar in it because I don’t think they know how many shots to put in this drink. Also giving me a white chocolate mocha instead of a mocha almost every time I order a mocha because they don’t know the difference or aren’t listening when they take the order and then when I bring it to their attention, they try to act like I’m the one that’s crazy even though I know the difference between white chocolate and dark chocolate.
TLDR: save your money and drive down the street to find a different Starbucks because this one sucks.

Iced brown sugar shaken espresso. I get this all the time here, and for the past 2 visits, the oat milk is chunky. I’ve informed them, and when they remade my drink, it was still chunky. They probably just used the same oat milk bottle to remake the drink after I’ve called and told them their oat milk was chunky. It wasn’t creamy and smooth as it usually is. Ended up throwing out the 2nd one they remade. Probably won’t be returning. Service was good tho.

If you’re a matcha person, it’s a hit or miss with taste. I’ve had to have them remake it several times but they are very nice about it will do it with no problem.

6 people behind the counter with three customers seated with no one else in line and I'm waiting 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge my presence. Everything else good but customer service could use some work. I got a water and sandwhich and was waiting for my water....

I’ve ordered a couple of coffee drinks from this place and somehow they managed to messed up on every order.

Order hot, got cold, had them make it hot, got a small instead of large, made them fix it then got a large matcha with way too much matcha in it. Literally floating church and so dark green already. Gross

Not my usual Starbucks But Cooper was very nice. His customer service made me happy to try a new location. Annnndddd my drink is perfect.

Today I came inside. And yall this is niceeeeee. There is so much space in here. It’s clean. Like clean clean. The girls were super nice. The line in the dive through is to the street since I parked but the line is moving along. Someone else shot experience this too

I ordered from 31st & RT 169 10801 E. 31st ST TULSA OK 74146 on 4/27, and found what looked like dirt in both drinks. I had to go through a frustrating back-and-forth with the store manager who first only refunded me for a cookie I didn’t even have an issue with. I had to correct her and insist it was $15.08, not $5, and then she tacked on $5 extra—but I still feel completely dismissed and upset about the experience. I drove out there, got a contaminated drink, and had to argue for basic accountability. Please address this.
I come to this location almost daily and get great service, however today the baristas rudely informed me for being “too early” to pick my mobile order. I didn’t rush them yet they treated me as if i’d done something wrong. As a baristas myself, there is nothing wrong with being early for a mobile order. These specific baristas need to work on their customer service. Got the window slammed in my face, rudely spoken too, and told I was “too early” for an order pick up? Extremely dissatisfied.
