The mobile app often has items that are unavailable when you arrive to the store. Previously I have been switched out for cheaper items and the management not even thinking of price differences. When something goes out of stock, wouldn’t it immediately be turned off in the app? This has happened to me several times at this location and is very frustrating.

Ordered a matcha and it had so many clumps in it. Not just the green powder clumps. It had clear clumps too and the milk tasted spoiled. The staff were not very welcoming and they all looked like they didn’t want to be there. The person taking my order at the register was rude too. There was also nobody in the drive thru and nobody ordering ahead of me, yet they made my drink after a couple people had ordered. If I ordered first, my drink should’ve been given to me sooner. There were also some people touching the drinks at the pick up area that weren’t theirs. None of the employees said anything about it. It was really disgusting.

Drive through was incredibly long after order was placed. Four cars left the drive through, I assume because of the excessive wait.
The person at the delivery window was very low in hospitality. No greeting, and when our drinks were handed, there was no thanks for our patronage.

My drink should’ve been ready at 705 pm . I got there at 708 and my drink was not ready several workers standing around with one working drive thru. 714 they finally started working on my drink after seeming so confused on where it was. 720 I finally received my drink.

I came in 10/18 around 7:30pm, the workers were all so welcoming and friendly, I was brought my drink, it was the best caramel ribbon crunch frap I had ever had!!! Great location definitely made my night after having a horrible day :)
