First time trying this location and it was excellent. Store is clean, bright, and has a good vibe going. All staff were smiling and joking and non-stop working ?. Drink made perfectly and speedy. Came in 2 days in a row and was told I can’t get my personal cup lined with Carmel because they couldn’t touch my cup and my order specified Carmel walls so I don’t understand how I had to argue with Brian who worked there for 5 min because they weren’t willing to do something they offer and have available am a regular customer and am very disappointed

I recently traveled to Tulsa and was in serious need of caffeine. After seeing the high reviews for this location, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did! The barista was incredibly friendly and made my visit feel welcoming. My drink was prepared perfectly, just what I needed to keep me going. The service was fast and professional, and the atmosphere was cozy. Definitely deserving of a 5-star review. I’ll be back the next time I’m in town!

Driving through Tulsa, I stopped by this Starbucks, and I was pleasantly surprised. The interior decor is fantastic, and the exterior has a fresh, inviting look. It brought back memories of California—the vibe here is quite different from Oklahoma City.
My friend and I really enjoyed our coffee here. The people in Tulsa also have a different energy compared to OKC. While OKC folks might come across as a bit more reserved, I found the people in Tulsa to be friendlier, especially as an Asian individual. In OKC, I’d rate my interactions with people around 2 out of 10, but in Tulsa, it’s closer to an 8 out of 10.
Overall, this Starbucks location deserves a solid 4.5 out of 5 stars. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

6 people behind the counter. It seems 2 people are being trained. 2 Starbucks employees in line in front of me to place their orders. One of them is ordering a complicated drink, whispering her order to the new employee at the register who can't hear her!! Like it's top secret! And chatting with staff as if the having nothing to do. There's 1 person making drinks!!! 5 mobile orders in front of mine & the complicated drink the employee ordered. Incredibly dysfunctional!!

Not sure if I came in with a RBF or the staff was just tired, but I got stared at like I insulted somebody’s mom. I was waiting for somebody to take my order at a fairly un-busy time. Waited maybe 10-15 minutes in total for a small drink. Asked for a light ice and I’m pretty sure I was given extra instead. I love seeing people have fun and talk but we can also be courteous and friendly to guests at the same time.
