Sad to see a Starbucks run like this đȘ.. You could really see that the two female workers that where there do not care about the customer just waiting for there drinks , and the one with short dark brown hair shouldn't work in customer service they way she was treating people was very wrong. What a horrible experience.

I wouldnât even give this location a 1 star if I didnât have to. We avoid this location as much as we can and today again reminded why. We ordered 3 drinks and 4 food items. Our barista wouldn't even give us an extra water cup unless we got back in line and ordered again.

They were very busy!!! Drinks were coming fast and food was taking a while but overall the environment was great. Customer service was top tier! Just one of those busy days!

Terrible experience they didnât let me get my birthday drink!! Some of the people who work there ânoon shift on a Saturdayâ need to get a customer experience course. Iâm so disappointed! Have been going to this one for almost a year now.

A good Starbucks to go to. More geared towards small 2-top tables, which makes it a place for working and less for relaxing. I will say I was there for about an hour and read my book in one of the regular chairs and it was just fine.
They have a feature I haven't seen yet in other Starbucks, which is an order board. It lists the orders that have been received, are in progress, and have been made. I think that is really helpful and such a smart idea.

Had a great experience at Starbucks on Thursday of last week . Macy took my order. And was super friendly and welcoming from the start. You can tell she really cared about her customers and that kind of attitude goes a long way. My drinks were made just right with fast and efficient service. Definitely a good visit thank you Macy for the great service!
Baristas lack customer service skills , had to place an order to use the restroom even though I had already sat down all of my belongings planning to stay for a few hours to work before I could use their tacky restroom , that wasnât even clean btw. The drink that i reluctantly ordered to be allowed bathroom privileges was watered down and less than stellar. Ended up just leaving and working elsewhere. If anything, this made me want to become way less of a paying customer. Will be at Dutch Bros moving forward.

Make sure you order your coffee in a week's advance. I placed an order around 9:40AM on a Wednesday brisk morning, with hardly any patrons inside, and I did notice their board wasn't full of mobile orders, yet to my dismay it still took 2-3 business days for my coffee to get done. This location gets a 1 star. I should have signed up for Amazon Prime!
