Not sure if I came in with a RBF or the staff was just tired, but I got stared at like I insulted somebody’s mom. I was waiting for somebody to take my order at a fairly un-busy time. Waited maybe 10-15 minutes in total for a small drink. Asked for a light ice and I’m pretty sure I was given extra instead. I love seeing people have fun and talk but we can also be courteous and friendly to guests at the same time.

I get one drink from Starbucks. That's it. I may have a low-key addiction, haha. I say all that to say that same drink is ALWAYS disgusting from this location EVERY single time. I do not know what it is about this specific location and this drink but it's always watery tasting and just missing all its flavor. Its so disappointing to be driving away and your drink is horrible! If it weren't for the fact I've attempted this location 4x and each time it was just as bad is the reason I had to leave the review. Iced Cinnamon Dolce Latte, please train your baristas at this location to make it!!
1st time I have ever had a bad experience at Starbucks. So frustrating I walk in ask if I purchase a cup can it be washed out and my drink be made in it.The person told me yes. So I go on to make my order. My cup a sandwich and 2 pastries.When I handed the cashier my cup for my drink. She said we can’t do that.I tell her I asked before a bought the cup that was my whole reason for buying the cup. I was so mad because like if I express my frustration then I’m the angry black women. I think everyone needs a refresher on what they can and can not do. Totally just put a damper on my morningMaddie apologized for leading me on as I left butI still paid for a cup and didn’t get my drink how I wanted.

This Starbucks location is perfectly placed and friendly! It is down the street from my house, and directly on my route to work at St. Johns medical center. It always has people outside on its patio, and you can tell that they are familiar with their regulars. Its parking lot feels kind of small, but it is Brookside after all. The people who work here are friendly and work very hard to keep up with orders, and there are almost always a lot of orders unless it is midday on a weekday. They are also very kind when it comes to keeping customers happy. (Ex. I mobile ordered a pumpkin scone, but they were out. The barista kindly suggested a pumpkin muffin instead, and I was just as happy with it.) There is this one girl who works there who always greets people when they come in, even if it is for a mobile order pickup. I don't know if she is a manager(she should be), but she never fails to tell me to have a good day even when I just run in and grab my coffee quickly. This location has not failed me when it comes to the consistency of the quality of the drinks I get either. Some other Starbucks' are hit or miss depending on who is working, but this place consistently gives me good cold brew.The ONLY thing that could make this location better is a drive-through, but that seems kind of impossible based on its location. I don't know how they keep everyone there so friendly, but it is by far my favorite Starbucks in Tulsa.- sincerely, cold brew addict from St. Johns
