I did a mobile order since it was a 7 drinks and I did not want to rush the employees or wait long for my drinks. When I got there they were still working on them, which it’s okay not complaining there but when I got the window and received my Carmel ribbon crush frap with no wip, Carmel drizzle or anything on top I was confused. Other Starbucks are always so nice and apologized for mistakes like these. But not in this location, I politely said im sorry could I get wip cream on this and they said we can give it to you on the side or remake it. I didn’t want to be that person but I asked for it to be remake. They said it would take a couple minutes and again I said that’s okay thank you so much but the attitude was not okay. Straight faces, no “your welcome” or “im sorry for that mixed up” they just closed the window. After I got my drink I said thank you so much and again the window was closed without saying anything. Overall super rude and unprofessional. I always seen Starbucks with professional, joyful and polite employees so I was disappointed and shocked.

Horrible service after having me wait a long time in the Drive-Thru all I wanted was water I didn't want a hand out I wanted to pay for it unfortunately they wouldn't allow that unless I paid for something else I thought it was absolutely ridiculous I offered to pay for the ice the cup they wouldn't allow that either unless I made another purchase definitely will not be coming here anymore

They are absolutely the best Starbucks I’ve been to in the entire area! The drinks are perfect. The store is always clean. They’re always friendly. They also go above and beyond for your birthday, which makes you feel super special and is so appreciated. I can’t say enough, how much I love this Starbucks and all the staff.❤️🩷❤️🩷❤️🩷
Always a good solid experience. Starbucks has it down to a science on what they offer, why and how. No need for a review only letting you know that although I am not into Starbucks, you are the only coffee house I will never be disappointed when it comes to coffee, comfort, professionalism. Here is an idea: for most people like me who actually do feel embarrassed when we don't know the proper lingo to order a nice drink, you could add to your menu a funny but helpful menu explaining dummies like me a translation for your menu so we know sizes and etc...

This place is a joke along with the people that work there. They get overwhelmed by how busy the area is, if you can’t handle it find a different job.This is the only location of Starbucks that gives out such disgusting coffee on top of the coffee being absolutely horrible they will fill your cup to the top with ice. I never have this issues at any of the other location. Do not go here especially if you’re already in a rush.
