Not our best visit to a Starbucks. We got here at about 9:12 on a Tuesday night.. didn’t leave until 9:35… took them over 20 minutes to make two drinks. I got the new matcha strato frap. My ice wasn’t even blended well like they either didn’t do it long enough or they need new blades. The workers weren’t Rude but they also weren’t very attentive or friendly. There were only two other guys in the store with us… but they were visiting at a table and had long since had their drinks. There was 1 pu order and maybe one drive through. Still not acceptable timing for our two drinks. There were three workers present and it still took that long… it seemed like like they were trying to clean up so they could go home right at 10. They should’ve been prioritizing the customer first.

I went inside with my wife to get a coffee. After a while, a coffee was tossed on the counter with coffee all over it and the one that made it saying that it was the worst coffee they had made that day. So after cleaning coffee off the cup and lid, we were happy to leave. (3/30/25 at about 10 am)
I'm not a coffee fan, so this isn't a place that I want to come to already. When you add in the snobby attitude from some of the staff at this location, it makes me want to go anywhere else.
We have been going to this location for a few years. I definitely don't like some of the staffs snarkieness

We had iced 2 coffee orders today and they both were missing the COFFEE. We didnt drink them till we got home so we couldn’t fix it. Very Annoyed. How do you not add coffee. It was straight cream and ice. They are very inconsistent at this location. Won’t go back.

If I could review without hitting any stars I certainly would give this location flat zeros! Where has customer service gone that it's okay to 100% ignore the customer standing at your counter? Repeatedly walk by giggling and never acknowledged me! 25+ years I have served in the restaurant industry and can absolutely say I will not be back!

This location struggles with customer service and keeping baristas. The last two drinks have been thrown out and I'm pretty sure they added water to my ice latte. I would recommend visiting another location.

My matcha was completely unblended. It very visibly had chunks throughout, and they thought that was serviceable. The drive through crew needs to pay more attention to the product they are serving. This is undrinkable. Do not try the matcha here.

Today, my wife and I had an unusual experience at Starbucks. Upon arrival, we expected the usual good service, but the attention at the register was disappointing. The cashier seemed completely disconnected, almost dazed by any question. We purchased a gift card and a tumbler, and we also ordered a slice of banana pecan cake. However, after waiting longer than reasonable, the cake never arrived, so we finally decided to leave without our order.
More than upset, we left feeling concerned. We don’t know if the cashier was feeling unwell or if there was another issue, but she was clearly not in the right condition to assist customers. We believe Starbucks should pay more attention to the well-being of its employees, as this directly affects the customer experience.

The drinks did not come out great. I’ve worked at Starbucks for years and this was the worst quality I have seen and tasted. They also charged for an extra side of half and half which is against company policy as of November 7, 2024. I hope they can correct that mistake so people aren’t paying extra, will make sure it is reported to the DM
