I recently applied to Starbucks (no experience) and didn’t get an interview, but I still frequent this location—and experiences like this are why. The barista Malachia (Spelt like Chai Tae) had such a genuinely positive energy that I immediately felt the holiday spirit. He truly embodies the Starbucks standard of creating a welcoming, joyful, and comforting coffee environment. They were out of the sugar cookie cold foam, but instead of a flat ‘sorry,’ he made a magical recommendation that warmed and woke me right up! I don’t feel this level of care at every Starbucks, and that’s exactly why I’ll return—not because of caffeine addiction, but because I felt cared for. Christmas in a cup! 🎄☕️🧜🏽♀️

This is my go-to Starbucks for studying because they open late. I've always had good service and the drinks are fairly consistent. I have no complaints.

My car broke down in the drive thru before I even made it to the window. An employee came out immediately and asked if i needed help, within minutes we had my car being jumped in the drive thru and eventually pushed out of the way. This was all during a busy rush inside and the employees were nothing but helpful and kind. I still got my coffee (amazing btw) and made it to work somewhat on time. There were two gentleman helping me with my car, thank you again guys, the only starbucks i will come to from now on haha

This store will never get my business; not even if they give it away for free. I had an incident at this location where an employee said something very racially insensitive. I contacted Courtney and she said she would handle it. She never contacted me back. I called her this evening and I asked if the lady still works there and she said yes. I told her that’s unacceptable because she made a racial comment to me. Courtney stated that a customer can’t tell them to fire an employee. And she’s right. But I’ll never visit this place again. In fact, I’m totally rethinking patronizing Starbucks again!!!

The tall, blonde barista at the drive~thru was great!!!! Super funny and sweet!!!! They suggested cold vanilla foam to my sweet iced tea and it's PHENOMINAL!!!!!!!!! Second favorite drink now after your Chai Latte 😍😍😍😍 SOOOOOOOOOOO GOOD!!!!! Thank you to this location for ALWAYS giving SUPERB service!!!

Not our best visit to a Starbucks. We got here at about 9:12 on a Tuesday night.. didn’t leave until 9:35… took them over 20 minutes to make two drinks. I got the new matcha strato frap. My ice wasn’t even blended well like they either didn’t do it long enough or they need new blades. The workers weren’t Rude but they also weren’t very attentive or friendly. There were only two other guys in the store with us… but they were visiting at a table and had long since had their drinks. There was 1 pu order and maybe one drive through. Still not acceptable timing for our two drinks. There were three workers present and it still took that long… it seemed like like they were trying to clean up so they could go home right at 10. They should’ve been prioritizing the customer first.
