My car broke down in the drive thru before I even made it to the window. An employee came out immediately and asked if i needed help, within minutes we had my car being jumped in the drive thru and eventually pushed out of the way. This was all during a busy rush inside and the employees were nothing but helpful and kind. I still got my coffee (amazing btw) and made it to work somewhat on time.
