This is my go to place for studying! The environment is always clean, friendly, and the workers are so lively. Most locations I order online (even if I'm in the store), but here I love talking to the workers. They're so kind and work so hard! I appreciate the efforts they make! Hands down best Starbucks in Tulsa :)

Brandy is the best! I was working in the shop for a few hours, and she came by a few times to offer water and even gave me a piece of a cookie to sample! She referred to me by name an hour after I ordered and made me feel very welcome and known. Will be coming back!!

The service in this branch is good but in the summer it's extremely hot and it doesn't have a good AC at all! So, if you wanna go there be ready to get sweat!!!

I love the place the atmosphere and the food. I was just surprised from the answer today when I asked to cut my sandwich in half the lady in the window say that she’s very sorry, but they have only one knife and this knife cannot cut different things you can only cut bagels, I have knife at home. I have bagels at home and after I use the knife to cut something else I usually clean it and then I can cut the bagels. Just an idea. Maybe you can use it or you can just get another knife which one you prefer.

I tried to give this location a few extra chances to make things right, due to it being my favorite location, in the past. That being said, both chances proved to be a mistake that only I had to pay for in the end.
The first time I drove through the drive thru and there was laughing and giggling streaming through the speaker. Although, I am in great favor of having fun at work, They were to busy laughing to get my order. When I ordered, she repeated it back to me but it was wrong. I corrected her and she replied, "Yeah. Got it." and then disconnected.I knew they didn't get it right but, I have it a shot. When I was handed my coffee, it was in fact wrong, on the sticker. I reminded her she said, "no problem." When I was given my "corrected" drink it was the exact same drink. They had literally turned around, placed it on the coffee counter, returned to the window and handed me my same drink.
The second time, it was watered down and weak.
In my experience, this type of apathy in coffee preparation typically come from managers and baristas who don't drink coffee. Definitely not worth my $100+ per week.

At first I thought this place was closed. Order a vanilla latte small. Worst coffee ever. Tasted like watered down milk. Where’s the coffee? Really needed that extra caffeine for work but that ain’t happening at this Starbucks. Why did I stop there? LolOverpriced disappointment. Staff don’t care and it shows!
