At first I thought this place was closed. Order a vanilla latte small. Worst coffee ever. Tasted like watered down milk. Where’s the coffee? Really needed that extra caffeine for work but that ain’t happening at this Starbucks. Why did I stop there? LolOverpriced disappointment. Staff don’t care and it shows!

I was having a really bad day and with tears in my eyes placed my order. Worker named Ethan was patient and told me to take my time while doing so. When I got to the window just his smile and friendly, calm, positive attitude, made a huge difference and it meant a lot to me. Thank you Ethan for brightening my day ❤️ ✨

Felt so much judgment. It shouldn't matter how I want my coffee. I pay for it. I had to have 3 different people try to take my order. I even asked to have them ask me how I wanted it made when my order came up to the barista. And yes they made it wrong. So had to have it remade.

The manager is so rude The rest of the employees act as if they are being put out by doing their jobs. Worst Starbucks in Tulsa! There are several really good ones nearby that love their customers!

good but some of the tables were not clean though. When I got my drink that they suggested it had whipped cream which I am allergic to and I did not know the drink had that. When I asked them to get rid of it they just scraped it of with a lid only taking of most of it. They also semester to annoyed by it. The drink was ok. Also some else in my group ordered something and they gave him the wrong thing.
