This kind & discerning woman literally made a really hard afternoon I was experiencing feel like a blessing.. She's perfect. The iced coffee i ordered was gross but that was my fault . I apparently can only enjoy a coffee at Starbucks during the holidays .. Thank you Lucille for demonstrating true customer service in this day of usual arrogance from young and old employees who dont even know how to count back your change.....

New clean location without indoor seating. A barista with dark curly hair and glasses was super sweet and helpful. They completed the order quickly and I didn’t have to wait. Convenient and all you could want in a drive thru Starbucks.

There is a Barista at this location that seems to hate me. She won't look at me and barely acknowledges me in the drive-thru. I've always been polite, so I have no idea what I've done to make her dislike me so much. I don't come here as often anymore because I absolutely dread seeing her at the drive-thru window.

I don’t know why, but every time I come to this location, I ask for light ice, and then I get my drink and the cup is literally filled to the brim with ice! I scooped it out and there’s literally only half of the cup full when it’s a Venti that’s not OK. Any of their other locations for example, the one on Brookside and the one on Utica Square they always follow instructions and when I scoop it out there’s a significant amount left over. I’m at leasing consultant and I’m constantly getting up. I don’t get to have time to just consistently drink my drink so I asked for a light ice so it doesn’t get watered out throughout the day. And it’s hard for me to have a drink remade when I have to be at work in the next 10 minutes. I don’t have time to wait, which is why I do the mobile order.

I’d like to also recognize the person working the drive thru this morning when I came through around 7:40; I so genuinely appreciate you more than I can communicate in a google review. You could sense I was dealing with something difficult and I was trying not to break down, and your kindness and compassion brought me to full on tears. To you it was a cup of coffee but to me it was like reaching through the window and giving me a hug. Thank you so much and continue to shine your gorgeous light.
I would love to see this barista rewarded and recognized by her Starbucks management team for giving an exemplary customer experience. I will continue to be a regular.

In addition to the delicious flavors of coffee selections, I love to stop by for a breakfast croissant. There are a few kinds to choose from, but all are yummy! They can be busy at times, but they work hard to get you in and out with your order here. I think that it is much nicer than the old location design that was here before.
New building is an order counter with two tables outside, which would be fine, but the outside tables are covered in trash and occupied by homeless people.

Very weird situation, went through the drive-through, and waited a little over 5 minutes, and no one said anything on the intercom. Its still open, and there were cars parked in the parking lot, and I saw someone inside.
