I don’t know why, but every time I come to this location, I ask for light ice, and then I get my drink and the cup is literally filled to the brim with ice! I scooped it out and there’s literally only half of the cup full when it’s a Venti that’s not OK. Any of their other locations for example, the one on Brookside and the one on Utica Square they always follow instructions and when I scoop it out there’s a significant amount left over. I’m at leasing consultant and I’m constantly getting up. I don’t get to have time to just consistently drink my drink so I asked for a light ice so it doesn’t get watered out throughout the day. And it’s hard for me to have a drink remade when I have to be at work in the next 10 minutes. I don’t have time to wait, which is why I do the mobile order.

I’d like to also recognize the person working the drive thru this morning when I came through around 7:40; I so genuinely appreciate you more than I can communicate in a google review. You could sense I was dealing with something difficult and I was trying not to break down, and your kindness and compassion brought me to full on tears. To you it was a cup of coffee but to me it was like reaching through the window and giving me a hug. Thank you so much and continue to shine your gorgeous light.

In addition to the delicious flavors of coffee selections, I love to stop by for a breakfast croissant. There are a few kinds to choose from, but all are yummy! They can be busy at times, but they work hard to get you in and out with your order here. I think that it is much nicer than the old location design that was here before.

Very weird situation, went through the drive-through, and waited a little over 5 minutes, and no one said anything on the intercom. Its still open, and there were cars parked in the parking lot, and I saw someone inside.
Everytime I've been here they are smiling and seem genuinely happy. They treat me nicely. And today they drew on my cup with my name and exclamations and they dont know how much I needed that smile.

Not loving this new design. The old location they demolished was much better. This feels like Starbuck trying to be a cut rate Sonic. Most of the land is devoted to the drive-through. There's no indoor seating. They have a huge indoor counter but no posted menu. There's a sad little ugly patio seating area with scenic views of the drive-through and stoplight at 71st. Oh, and on the way out, I discovered they have trash cans, outside or in!? Come on, Starbucks, you're flush with cash, do better. In the meantime, go down the road to the one at Tulsa Hills.
